I previously used Life Alert with my Father and then later with my Aunt. On several occasions Life Alert proved invaluable (and may have saved each of their lives). Thank you!!

      I now feel safe and secure with my Life Alert. **** walked me through everything that I received and was very patient with me. Feel so blessed to have this service now in my home as I live alone. This service would have been beneficial to me the night I fell. I was unable to move my arms or legs.       What a scam. Can you get a refund? Yes, if you go to a nursing home or die. You are holding my aunt hostage. She doesn't use the product. She doesn't need the product. You have taken enough of her money. I will go to every social media outlet, TV station, radio, to let them know how you treat customers and take advantage of the elderly.

      We are sorry you feel this way.  Although there are plenty of scam companies out there, rest assured,Life Alert is not one of them.  We have been saving lives for over 37 years and we are the only medical alert company that is proven to save a life every 11 minutes.  Since Life Alert primarily works with the elderly, we ensure all information regarding our services is provided when the customer calls to inquiry about our protection packages.  Your aunt wanted to sign up with us because she said she had a few accidents and she did not want to take any chances.  We confirmed all the details of our service agreement with her before she signed up.  We also worked with her to arrange a payment schedule that was financially beneficial for her. We would like to remind that when she needs us, we will be there to get her help 24/7. If further questions arise, please contact our ************************ at ******************.

      Everything was very straight forward and easy to understand. The only slight inconvenience is that the shipping department wasn't available to transfer to to do my 2nd confirmation for overnight shipping. But our rep and supervisor were great.
