      This company has not held up their side of the contract. My father never got a quick response from the company. When complaints we made to the company they conveniently had no record. When asked to review all calls I was told that the company policy restricts them from going over exacts dates and calls for help. I think they are abusing the elderly and unwilling to make it right. Do not trust your loved ones to this provider.

      We investigated your concern and found we did respond to each signal we received and answered in the allotted amount of time.  In a few cases we even answered within seconds. Please know all of our signals are automatically recorded and documented.  One of our agents did discuss the details of the signals with you and we also show a record of dispatching the paramedics during an emergency.

      **************** was friendly and thorough during set up. I cannot speak on the actual emergency service because my father hasnt had to utilize yet. I am relieved to just know he has this in case of an emergency.
