      I got my package today. They were prompt and took me through all the steps needed for testing everyone was kind and I don't feel scared to be in my home alone if something happens to me I have back up.

      It was easy to follow the set up instructions, I'm sorry I didn't get the ladies name, but sufice it to say, she was friendly and it was a painless proceedure to now feel, should I get to a point that I can't walk...there is someone to help me. Everyone that I've spoken to were very proffetional and friendly.
