    Like most others, I ordered something that was advertised on a ****** search and should've looked into it.Same issue of saying an item is in backorder, when I know the item is discontinued.They only had two options for delivery, the cheapest being over $13. $38.29 was charged. Attached are the emails of "on hold" that haven't been responded to for my request of a refund.

    on august 1,2022 i ordered a part from active power sports received email from them part will be shipped early september 2022. order # *******. on august 5, 2022 active power sports charged my credit card $48.28, and the item was not shipped as of 9/12/2022 the item still has not shipped. i sent active power sports an email on 9/12/2022 to cancel the order #******* and asked them to refund the $48.28 back to the credit card

    I made a purchase through the company Active Powersports. Money was taken off my card for the item that was never shipped & was never notified that it was intended to be shipped. Been given the run around trying to get in touch with them to cancel the order. Havent been able to get in touch with this company. Take your money & dont deliver the item. What can I do about this situation? Have read other complaints about the same thing. Over & over again. Take money & dont deliver the item they purchased. False advertising.
