    I just want my products or a refund its just frustrating to buy and have money taken out of my account just to find out the site is a scam . Ive called I emailed off 3 different emails and no response

    This business offers a link to cancel the order but it is invalid. Claims my purchase is on back order but from the reviews I do not believe I will receive this product and would like to cancel the order.

    Ordered a full soft cab for my Kawasaki mule pro fxt on October 22, order number ******, said it would be 2-3 weeks delivery. On week 4 I emailed them about a delivery date and they responded 3-4 weeks. On week 5 I asked them about a delivery date and they responded 11-25-22, on December 2nd I asked about a delivery date and never got a response. Didn't get a response on week 6th or 7th. I paid $900 for this item and am going into the 8th week and they haven't responded in the last 3 weeks.

    These cabs are made to order, this is the peak time for the manufacturer and they fulfilling orders as fast as they can. Since these cabs are made to order we can wait for the cab to be finished or since the cab has not shipped we can cancel the order and offer the customer a full refund.

    I was told to wait for my product to arrive at the facility then it would be shipped out as soon as possible, only to have no updates on the product in over a month. I even tried responding to the email I was sent with no response back, I would like to cancel my order number ******* for a full refund. Thank you.

    Activepowersports.com had products listed, which I ordered. Two weeks later they messaged that the items were on back order (this was not stated at purchase), and that I would be delayed until the first week of November, On the last week of November I had still not received any message, so I asked for a refund. This email has been ignored.

    I placed an order on Mar 10th 2021, and I found an item was missing when received the package on Sep. 7th 2021.The missing item was 1 ********************* HO NS EZ Command #6 Left-Hand Crossover,Manual/DCC - ***** and the price of that item was 63$I contacted the customer service (sales), and got the response as below:"It is still backordered. You had asked to have everything else shipped so this should not have been a surprise. Did you want to wait for it or do you want a refund?"I still wanted the item back then, so that I told them I can wait.However, I still have not received the item until today (11/30/2022). During the waiting time, I contacted them for multiple times, and I asked for refund on June 25th, Jul 11th and Oct 24th.The last response I received was on Jul 12th "Hello We are still waiting on all crossovers to ship. I keep checking on them but ******** is not giving any updates on them."I would like them to refund the full price 63$ to me, but they did not respond to my request of refunding.In the attachment please find the email history and the sales invoice. Thanks a lot!

    I found product on a ****** search and it was cheapest option by just a few dollars. I purchased two of the items (model train track switches) from the https://www.activepowersports.com/ site.No where did it say out of stock or item on back order. But day later I received email stating items ordered are on back order for 4-6weeks. And that he would continue with my order unless he heard different. I emailed him several times requesting to cancel my order and refund money. But I have not got any responses.
