    Reviews of this company on **** says it all about the potential fraud going on here.Same thing happened to me, but I got out quick from almost $400 order by canceling credit card before purchase could be posted.They're website allows you to order and looks very legitimate. Items appear 'in stock' and they don't indicate otherwise.Prices are too good to believe. Red flag #1 Before checkout says agree to terns of service, something to effect of "if item needs backorder purchaser agrees to ******** flag number 2 Then they send confirmation ********** they send form letter from **** saying out of stock, needs backorder in early June. Will keep order open unless purchaser says otherwise. Red flag #3 Sent email back asking questions about backorder. No response. Red flag #4 Reviews on Yelp indicate this same pattern and exact words of backorder form ********** flag #5 Please warn the consumer about this potential fraud from this company. Thank You

    I want to update a review I made concerning a failed order.
    Turns out there was a technical glitch the prevented the order going through. Nothing was taken out of my account, and I've cancelled that order...but still was a concern as it shows in an activity on my card..I used ApplePay.
    Anyway nothing taken and I believe my order was truly lost in transit.
    I'll give this business some credit for following up.

    I placed a order on 7/4 they took the money out of my account then **** nothing it's been over 2 weeks I've sent numerous emails and all I have got back was it has shipped still no tracking number can't log in to anything who can I contact to filling something

    I placed an order from Active powersports. I waited for 5 days to receive a tracking number and did not receive one. I emailed the company because they do not have a phone number. I received a return email stating that it will email me when my order ships. I answered that email stating that I thought that 5 days is much too long to ship orders and that if this was their normal shipping time and that if I didn't receive a tracking number the next day I would be cancelling the order. I received an email the next day stating that THEY went ahead and cancelled the order without my permission and stating that they canceled it. Doing business like this is unacceptable and very poor in nowadays companies shipping within 1-2 days. This store is a no go business and I will be sending an email to cancel my account!!! I would have given0 stars if I could.

    We state on the website that orders typically ship in 4-5 business days. We state that upfront before you place an order so there are no surprises. This customer contacted us 2 days business after placing the order stating that 5 days is unacceptable and that he would be taking his business elsewhere if it takes that long to ship. He also stated that if he did not receive a tracking number by the next morning he would be canceling the order. This was not possible so the order was canceled. He then gets upset by the order getting canceled at his request. I do not believe anything will make this person happy

    I bought a race track from this business. A week later the product had not shipped. I emailed and I got a response that day that it was on back order. It was out of stock everywhere. I decided to go another route and I asked for a refund and I was given the full price back. I do not understand why there is a bad rating for this business. It seems legit to me!

    Place and order in August of 2023 herself we are in October of 2023 no product and no response after multiple emails and calls first to check status then to demand a refund. One day maybe I will get my money back.

    I just wanted to leave a positive review, as it seems this guy gets only negative reviews. I ordered stuff that was online thru his store, there was no "in stock" or "out of stock" posted on anything I ordered. Like many I got the email that most of my order is on back order until mid May. Which was ok, because a lot of what I was looking for was hard to find everywhere else. I got the email only a few hours after ordering.I sent him a reply asking to cancel the order and he replied within the hour and said everything was canceled and sent me a canceled invoice. I like many ordered first then read the reviews. I got really nervous, and wished I could cancel my order. I felt I got scammed. But I said "I'm not gonna worry about it", asked God to take over and boom. Situation resolved. (I even checked my bank account, funds are back in there!)I think the majority of people just post the bad reviews and not the good ones for this company. He has been around since 2008 or earlier from web research. If it was a complete scam it I don't think it would have stuck around this long. I'm not telling you to order from him, just if you do or if you read this, hopefully it will help you. Everything ended up fine for me.

    You can't get a hold of them by phone, you text them as they tell you to do on the phone by recording, and they will not answer your text message, you order something from them and you don't know what's up what's down if they're sending it or anything because they won't answer you terrible business.

    We have a phone system to cancel an order and we have a message system to answer questions. Status emails are also sent letting you know the status of the order.
