    Unfortunately it took me 5 orders over 3 years to connect the dots. And all orders canceled after about a month. If you request a refund. They will send you an email saying that you have had a refund issued. But the money never comes through to your bank. And I was not paying attention at all. This is company is a complete Fraud.

    I dont know how anyone can give this business any stars. Beware. Everything seems back ordered even when told in stock. They have ads everywhere but it doesnt seem to be an actual supplier. Not sure why its in business unless folks dont read BBB and other reviews.

    I do not know many people that actually read BBB any longer, they are like the yellow pages. A lot of items are currently backordered but there are more items that are in stock

    I placed an order with them. I received an email it was shipped. They sent a fake tracking number. I called my credit card company to cancel charge. The item i bought was a gift. So they really screwed up. Horrible company they should not be in business.

    I ordered a model of the Titanic for my husband in December 2022. Active Powersports did charge my credit card immediately. Was told item was on back order. We waited several months with no delivery. Finally asked for a refund. Within a few days the credit was issued & my account received a full refund. I worked for a tool company that deals in off shore products that we cannot get due to supply chain issues. Maybe if we made more products in this country we wouldn't have this problem. Just wanted to say this company did the right thing for us.

    Same story as everyone else really. Ordered a part that said "in stock" then received and email saying it was on backorder. Emailed "****" back saying I would like a refund with no response. Absolute scam.

    Nothing on the website says "in stock" You were notified of the backorder and the order was canceled immediately, before your account was even charged. Not sure what you feel you were "scammed" out of???

    No stars really. Ordered a part in October, still showing pending. Tried to email them, it was returned stating no such address. Took the money, cant contact them. They got me for *****. Website is still up. Somebody needs to shut them down.

    i thought I'd take a chance. Outcome: Everything you read in these reviews is true regarding taking the order, back ordering it and never hearing another word from Active Powersports again.

    Placed order, told it was back-ordered and would "ship as soon as it arrives." Now a year later no shipment and they did not reply to any of my subsequent emails.
