    Do not order from this company. He has no stock, and he put through a charge on an item that was on backorder. I had to contact him. He sent me an email claiming the amount had been refunded. 5 days later, no refund. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Putting through a charge on my card when he had no stock is fraudulent. Avoid this guy like the plague.

    I do not believe this is a real company. Probably some guy working out of his garage. They do not honour orders as they have no stock. I feel like such a fool for placing an order. The order was for a puppet for my son. I ordered from here as on Amazon this item was so expensive.Bottom line if something sounds to good to be true it isn't true at all.***********************

    So, Im giving 5 stars. Yeah, 5 stars. I ordered ********************* vehicles. They are motorized vehicles that run on O gauge model train tracks, and the order was $120.41. So after I ordered, I checked out all the bad reviews, and thought "Oh ****, I've been ripped off!"....The next day, I recieved an email stating that the order is "Back Ordered" until mid october. So, I thought oh, no! That's what they were saying on the reviews. SO......I looked them up on rc.universe.com forum and read a thread from June 2008 about this company. I found the phone number (YES, they do have a number) . A guy answered and he was really cool. He said "No problem" and cancelled my order. The amount will be refunded to me in about 3 days. Plain and simple , the company is legit, and there are people there who are responding to the orders. Now what they really are , are small internet vendors that seem to get your order and THEN order the actual product from the manufacturers, Then, they turn it around and ship it out to you. Thats why it takes so long to get something. However, I agree that they definetly need better communication , a posted customer service number, and they need to refund items that are "back ordered" and are unable to ship out. With that said, they are a real company and not a fraud. Just give them a call.

    I ordered a part for my RC plane and I received it in about 4 days. After reading all the negative reviews I thought I would make sure to post something positive about this company. I received my part on time and fully intact with zero damage. Good job Active Powersports.
