      They rook exalent care of my mother while moving her things, they had a joyful attitude that made this less stressful, explained everything in detail and would recommend them to any one over all

      If I could give this company 100 stars I would! I've been in the transportation industry for almost 50 years and customer service like this is rare! The BEST team showed up and said their goal was to make this move as easy as possible and they sure did! I can't thank *****, ************* enough for all their hard work and GREAT work ethic and for going that extra mile on EVERYTHING! ***** was just as wonderful and made this move that I thought was difficult at first extremely EASY! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed if you allow them to serve you!!! I've already referred them to friends and feel confident they will be WELL taken care of! Thank you Brooklyn Movers team! ******

      Sharing my partners review as we split payment for this service.A terrible experience from beginning to end. The fact that companies like this still exist and are able to extort their customers to this extent is wild and a societal failure. We were quoted $1800 originally and ended up paying nearly $4500 by the time it was done. They inventory your stuff and sell you on this absurd idea of pricing based on cubic feet and then when they show up they eyeball it and double or triple the price. Its up to you to firmly disagree with them and say you dont think it is. Very much like a budget airline, theyll try to nickel and dime you for blankets, wrapping your stuff, long carry fees, and more. Theyre all made up surcharges that dont cost the company anything but cost you, the customer, hundreds and hundreds of dollars. There was no communication whatsoever between the office and the drivers. The entire time I received calls from the drivers asking where and when they were going after I had relayed the exact information they were asking for to the office. On pickup they arrived to the wrong location first and then tried to charge me when it was documented on the paperwork and email which location they were supposed to go to first. Also if youre not moving somewhere immediately the fees they charge for storage are 3x more than reputable storage companies. Its like flushing your money away. And the thing is no matter how much research you do and price comparison you do theyll still try to eyeball their way to doubling your final bill at the very least. Heres the thing. It may seem daunting to buy all new furniture but I promise. It will be cheaper and your furniture will end up in your home in better condition. Either do the move yourself or just drive the truck and higher some local guys for loading and unloading. This is theft, plain and simple. Im reviewing on Yelp, the better business bureau, and the federal motor carrier safety administration.

      I have been told that I would be called back after every call I make to them. Not once have they called me back. My stuff was picked up on Oct 16th. My paper work says no later then Nov. 16th to be delivered. It's still not here and past Nov 16. I was contacted by the driver on Oct. 20th saying delivery would be next day. Next day I am told the truck is having issues and I will be contacted with updates. I was contacted by my driver a couple times. But the company itself has not contacted me even though they say they will. I have been sleeping on a couch at my sister's house instead at my house. I only packed a 3 pair of pants. I have nothing no belongings. My mom was moving with me so we packed her belongings as well. She passed away before the movers came and I never got a chance to go through her belongings properly. I can't even grieve her through all this. This company makes no effort to keep me informed. Very unprofessional. Not only that when the movers first packed our belongings we were told it would remain on that truck so why they unpacked and repacked into another truck.Why tell me one thing and not do what you said. I appreciate the driver for calling me, but *********** should be the ones calling me with updates. They also quoted one price and doubled the amount once they picked up our stuff. I hope others are also aware if anything is lost or damaged that in the contract or insurance it says something that it would only be like .60 cents per pound of weight. Just read before you sign. I only hope all belongings are delivered the same way they were when they were picked up. I want my mom's stuff. I miss her and am depressed and heartbroken by this whole experience. Why can't they just call a customer back instead of making me call several times a week for any INFO. I have been keeping track of my calls I make and writing down the names of who I talk to. As far as I am concerned this should be a breach of contract I might have to check into that.

      This a horrible company!!!!They send out illegal aliens to pick up your stuff make up contracts to overcharge and then hold your stuff hostage till you agree to pay or they threaten you with calls or emails. ***** the owner is the most unprofessional there!! I heard him on the phone with my significant other actually telling him, Quote " Now What ya going to do Latin Man!!!!" Its pretty sad when a Disabled Combat Vet entrusts his and another Senior entrust there life long belonging to a company only to be stolen by a scam company!!!!!

Despite our attempts to contact you regarding these additional charges and your final delivery, we have not received any response from you. It is important to note that all our calls are recorded. We also made attempts to address the matter with a reporter from WJXT News, with whom you had previously communicated. However, we did not receive any response from your end in an effort to resolve the issue.We kindly request that you contact us to discuss the matter of your items in last minute storage. They have been stored for over a month, and if no payment is made, they will be auctioned off in accordance per law 49 CFR *******. We value your satisfaction as a customer, and we hope to resolve this matter promptly.
