    Complete scam. My order has not shipped after 2+ weeks. Can not speak to the quality of the fruit. They keep blaming delay on weather, but their website still says shipping in 2-3 days. Do not buy from this company!

    Zero stars is more appropriate. In short. The initial order was canceled because "they thought they already delivered it" for some reason. An attempt to draw this mistake to their attention was received with an agreement to correct the issue. But no time frame or specifics were offered. Which required more follow up on my part to remind them again. The order was correctly sent out. Note: I was charged the full amount when I first placed the order regardless of the phony cancelation. Unfortunately, when the box of $150 fruit arrived, it was nearly all rotten. And the extra holiday adornment and greeting card ($10 extra) were not included. ********* responded to my complaint by offering ship another box of fruit. However, due to the numerous failures each step of the way, I do not trust they can complete this task satisfactorily. And I requested a refund. (something they should have already offered for the missing card) Good Hill Farms has not responded. If a percentage of the dozens of other online complaints are accurate, I will never receive a refund. And many more people will be scammed by these conmen and women.

    By far the worst fruit I have ever ordered. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. Rotten persimmons and tasteless, brown inside, mangos. OVERPRICED C*** - AVOID

    I shared the same experience as someone in the BBB complaints - I was also disappointed to find a small and bruised mango in my $25 mango box. They refunded and tried to play it off as a one off mistake, but I see now reading about others identical experiences that these policies are built into the companys regular business practices. The mango actually tasted worse than those from my grocery stores. I purchased other fruit as well which was on par with fruit at my local chain grocery store. Please avoid this business.
