    After several attempts, they sent me a label so I could send them the generator. Three days later, I received an email stating they hadn't received the power washer, which didn't make sense since I sent a generator. I've called them multiple times, and they either leave me on the line or drop the call. I've been trying to resolve this issue for several weeks, and every time I call, no one knows anything, and I'm frustrated. I don't want to deal with this company anymore. I want my money back. I sent them videos, photos, and all my information, and they still spelled my name incorrectly.

    We received Ms. ********* return last week. However, it contained only an empty bag and no generator. We opened an investigation with ***** and submitted the case to management for approval of a replacement. Management has approved the replacement, which is scheduled to ship tomorrow via ***** tracking ************. Please let us know if you need any further information

    I purchased a generator from a company called purchase power and it is automatically drafted out of our checks every two weeks and take it that I had only had this generator 3 months. The generator with power on but the lights would flash and it will lose some of the currents that was running through it so it would not completely run and it's full capacity so I'll call purchase power they gave me the number to A-l power. When I call them the first time they informed me to take it to this nearest shop here in my local town explain to them what happened since it was still under warranty that they would fix it so I took it there The general like oh it powers on so it's okay I explain to the guy here no that is not the issue Yes it powers on but it's losing The current to make it run properly while it is powered on. Three days later I go back to harbor freight and pick my generator up and within a week's time it start doing the same thing over again so I'll called A-i power The ***resentative that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful I also let him know that I've only had the generator 3 months it is still coming out of my check $149 it still coming out of my check every 2 weeks for this generator I don't want to have to pay for something that I can't use so after getting very frustrated with that customer service *** I hung up I'll call right back and I spoke with ****** ******, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE LISTENED TO EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY and assured me that she was going to do the best she can to get this situation handle within a week's time ****** ****** REACHED OUT TO ME AND MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AI POWER NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE **** LIKE ****** WHO ENJOY DOING HER JOB AND NOT JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK.

    My generator showed up with a broken hose connection on it, probably from being shuffled around. ****** really helped me help me look up. The part took all my inept computer skills and turned it into a warranty claim and the part was shipped to me and I have yet to install it, but it looks like the right part ****** was wonderful throughout the whole process. .

    I called in with a technical question,call was answered promptly by ******, and she quickly got me up to speed on the operation of my generator. We then kicked around another couple questions and i was impressed with her knowledge of the generators in general and my particular model. I asked about a prior order i had that was on backorder and she pulled it up and was very proactive about tracking it down and giving me the update i needed. All in all i was very satisfied with ******* professionalism and thoroughness. She's represents Ai-Power very well. (**** M ABQ NM)

    When a hose fitting on my A-ipower power washer broke I expected getting a new one would be a nightmare. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. Without having to go through the nonsense of a dozen pre-recorded questions, an actual person, ****** *. immediately answered my call and determined the exact part I needed and sent it out to me free of charge. How cool was that?? She couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Thank you ****** and thank you A-ipower for providing such amazing customer service.

    My power washer wand/gun did not work this year. I was just about at my two year warranty. I spoke with ****** had to submit my receipt via email and within a couple days the problem was resolved and my new wand/gun is on its way Best customer service!

    The generator I purchased was missing a couple parts, but the customer service *** took care of the situation expeditiously. I submitted my receipt via email, and the next business day I was notified my ***lacement parts were on their way. Great customer service!
