  This is my 2nd Presure washer from iPower and Im very pleased with the work. I bought around 7 years ago a 2200PSI and I went and got a **** PSI. Wowthis is faster and clean deeper. This ****PSI It does and excellent faster job.Im extremely happy with my purchase.

  I was happy with the performance of my SUA 12000ECSA watt generator that I purchased on April 8 2023, But on Oct. 18 2023 with only 37 hours on the machine the engine seized. I contacted *************************** at AI-Power. He was very professional and acted immediately with the procedures needed to address my needs. On November 13 2023 I received a new generator , that was sent right to my door. Thanks Again, ***** at AI-POWER.

  ZERO Star rating!!!! Have emailed, left messages, and called many, many times without a return call. awful customer service. My generator failed under full warranty, now it is only covered by parts since I have never been able to speak with someone. I cannot find a repair shop that will even look at this generator to see what is the problem. ( runs but produces no electricity) Manual nor website offers any repair shops to service unit. I am contacting the Ohio Attorney General next then Sam's Club, luckily I know someone who may be able to have the Company stop using this vendor!!!

  My SUA2300i generator failed 3 months ago. I was told to bring it to Northern Tool for repair, and paid Northern Tool $40 to look at it. Northern Tool determined that it could not be repaired, and said A-ipower would send me a replacement. I have been promised that replacement at least a dozen times. They conveniently never send me a tracking number even AFTER promising it had been shipped and is on it's way. They NEVER return calls, they keep you on hold for hours, they never email you. Worse than all of that is.. their products suck. I suppose they count on people purchasing generators, but not actually USING them. After about 20 uses, they fail, and cannot be repaired, nor returned, and the warranty is a fantasy.

  If I was allowed to give zero stars I would. I bought a dress from this company as a gift. I bought the dress after confirming the persons dress size and checking the companies dress size measurements to ensure there wouldn't be any problems. The dress arrived and was given as a gift. The person was so excited about the dress but was highly disappointed when the dress was way to big. The dress had been sized wrong. The dress was much bigger then the websites posted dimensions for the size. I contacted the company several times asking to return the dress as it was sized wrong and doesn't fit. The company continues to refuse to return the dress and instead insist I keep it. To add even more insult, after the third return attempt the company offered me a refund of 5% back on the $34 dress and wanted me to agree to this refund of $1.70 as a resolution to their sizing error. I told them no it was their sizing error and tried again to return it. This time they offered me a refund of $8 as a resolution. I once again said no and contacted walmart.com who apologized several times and instantly refunded me. Walmart said they were now filling a return claim against the company.
