    I purchased a perfectly good iPower SUA6000ED generator from Princess Auto that was returned, however it was missing both the battery charging cable and the propane hose.I called their customer support number and was very pleased with the short wait time and the excellent customer care.They offered to ship out these missing items at no cost to me, which is outstanding.I will definitely will consider future purchases from this company and will not hesitate to recommend iPower products to others.

    We purchased a generator under an emergency situation yesterday. Unfortunately it was the last one in the store. The parts package was missing. The customer support **** ******, provided us with prompt service by starting the process of getting our kit shipped to us at no cost. Fortunately we were able to use the generator right away, and it has been working well for the past two days. We are really impressed with our GXS4300iDC inverter. Thank you iPower for providing us with such great service.

    I had the fortunate experience to work with ****** at A-1 Power, weve encountered several issues, but that was not an issue with ******..     Very happy with them trying to solve my problem. Had a starting problem. My generator is my garage which is not heated. About 5F to 19F degrees for the last 4 weeks. Well brought it inside for about 1 hour to warm it up. Start right up after that. So my thinking is the oil got to thick and these generator do not like starting in the cold.
