    A-iPower SUA12000E is a quality generator and I have owned mine since 2017 and it has supplied power through several power outages, hurricanes, and winter storms. It has plenty of power to operate a three-ton Trane heat pump and a two-ton ********** mini split heat pump, this unit also runs my one horsepower well pump two refrigerators and washer, dryer and electric water heater etc. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an emergency power source, it's also very easy to maintain. Great customer service ******** you are the Best!

    I have had nothing but great service with the company. The first generator shipped was severely damaged by the trucking company. I contacted them and they just asked for pictures, which I sent and they sent me a replacement unit. The second time I had a maintenance question about the unit because the manual is generic and pretty vague. They answered my question and sent pictures and offered to send a minor part to replace one that broke. Very satisfied so far with the generator and service. I would recommend.

    Great service. Had a problem with the generator I purchased and I live in a rural area out of state. There were no repair shops near me and since I was going to be in town nearby for Christmas they made arrangements to give me a new one instead of repairing it. So a quick swap and I was on my way. Great service by *****.

    I purchase the i3800 dual fuel ipower generator. This is a great generator with remote start! And frankly worth more than the retail price right now. This company has very responsive after sales service. As someone who has owned many different Generators in the 25 years Off Grid building career from ***** to ****** to everything in between I would not hesitate to buy Ipower again and recommend to others. It is the perfect off grid companion.

    I picked up a double fuel gas and propane ****. I have been nothing but happy with what it has done for me. I live totally off grid and it has not disappointed me. I have delt with customer service and talk about friendly a d helpful, they have been 2nd to none. They have a lifetime customer in me

    I ordered a part for my generator from A-1power, which was stolen in the mail. When I called to followup on delivery, ***** was very helpful in providing tracking information about the package. The **** showed that someone, other than myself, picked up the unit. So I called A-1 back to order a replacement for the lost part. ***** and ******** got all my information and sent me all the needed information and receipt to file a claim with the ****.Then, ******* sent another email shortly afterwards saying that they were shipping a new unit at NO COST, including shipping charges.What an amazing company and customer service department! Thank you.**********
