    Not impressed with the shipping. Plants were packed loosely in a box sent via **** so I got a box filled with loose medium and a bunch of cactus in empty pots. The plants themselves received minimal damage despite the post offices best efforts. However, I think this could be resolved in the future by covering the holes in the bottom of the pots and the exposed medium around the plant. Maybe with masking tape? The addition of crumpled paper to reduce movement of the individual plants during shipping would also help. The plants themselves are high quality and Im sure they will bounce back. Would shop here again.

    We ordered an initial flat of *************************************************** the ************* area in 115 degree weather. The plants were very well packaged (one might even say lovingly) with two different layers of protective material (one of which has since gone into my composting bin!). The plants were all incredibly good looking: healthy, no signs of wilting (even in the heat!), no damaged leaves. We are using the plants as gifts for our past real estate clients, and have since ordered our second flat. (We saw one that we may need to keep for ourselves ;-). ) Of course, since we received our order, I've noticed they have an amazing assortment of plants, and may need to order a gymnocalicium they have that blooms yellow (I currently only have a white-blooming and a red-blooming variety). Very impressed!

    2x's I ordered transdenia & one had barely anything in the pot & the 2nd died within 3 days of receiving it. I ordered a 3rd & so far so good. Other plants I have received have been wonderful.
