    The service was fairly ok except the descriptions on the website were unclear regarding ordering items such as the size of the plants. It was not my fault that the packer mistakenly put the incorrect sizes of the plants I ordered. I offered to return the plants with the same package. They refused. In exchange they offered me to reorder and charge me percents for keep the unwanted plants.I will not order from them again. Sorry.

    I feel like I've found the succulent "candy store"! I just love scrolling through the pictures and descriptions of so many succulents in one spot, and they take good care about educating you on how to best care for each one. There are videos that are excellent! I get so excited opening the box, spend some time getting all of the packing materials out of the way, and then unboxing my new babies! Thank you for being such a good source for succulents and cacti!

    The plants I bought came very dry and some damage as I expected. Two of the eight plants I bought were too small for the price. Lost some of the potting soil. After I gave some water and fresh air they bounced back and now they are enjoying life under my care.In general Mountain Crest Gardens sells high quality of plants.SGT

    The succulents arrived in great condition! They were just a tad dry, so I put them in a small container of water and bottom watered them for just a few minutes. Today they are perky and gorgeous. Thank you!

    I am so thrilled with the succulants I bought from this company! They arrived in three days from ********** to my home in ********, packed securely with paper taped around each pot and shredded paper for padding. The plants arrived in good condition, and are beautiful! Some of the more delicate plants like aeonium kiwi had some minor leaf bruises, but that's unavoidable. I potted my plants in some glazed bonsai pots with a succulant soil mixed with perlite and used a gro lamp to acclimate them to full sun. I am in love with the beauty of these plants!
