    Very well packed. Small plants and cuttings were healthy. Shipping was slow, but all and all will order again??

    I received my succulents quickly and in good shape. All of the plants were packaged well with very minimal damage. I ordered 2 of the same plant and the person who picked/packed my order was kind enough to give me one single large rosette and 1 clustered version for a little variety - thank you!! It boosted my outside arrangement. Also, I really appreciate all the individual plant details on the site. They don't just want to sell you plants, they care about you keeping them alive.

    Most were intact. 3 plants did not make the trip well and will probably die

    I've spent over $1000 for succulents and cacti at ***! I love the plants! I have to stop as I'm running out of room for them! If you get a plant that you're not happy with just email or text them and they will make it right. I've done that 4 times. Why use a public place to complain? I've tried other succulent companies and although their plants are okay, I keep coming back to ***. With over 30 orders 99% of my plants are beautiful and healthy and packaged well. The other 1% they will replace or refund. I live above 8000 feet so some plants do better than others even potted in the house. I love the cacti! And haworthia and aloe and gasteria! If I have a suggestion I would appreciate rooted cactus pads and cholla. Thank you *** for making me the crazy succulent lady

    Very nice, I am happy with purchase. I will buy more sooner. They are nicer and bigger than what I was expecting.

    Order arrived intact - despite very poor signage to say which way up it should be - one arrow on one side! It was upside down on my porch. Luckily the packing material was sufficient to keep most in their pots and only lost a little soil. Also, because of where we live it took six days to get to us!I ordered a MCG 20 Special Bulk Sempervivum Assortment - 20 Types - they were all in good condition, but it would have been nice to have their names on them as I think there were a few duplications, but without the names couldn't tell - after all, a lot look the same with only miniscule changes. The four specialty items were named and in good shape so at least I could see those. Pity about the names and **** but the plants are fine. Will be planting soon and hope for a good display this summer.
