    All looks great. Some of the foam peanuts packed into the box to protect my mammalaria cactus damaged some of the sensitive "fingers". In part due to the package being delivered on its side. Instead of "this side up".

    I had an issue with my first order- I received the additional plants quickly. All look healthy and very unique . They give great instructions- lets hope I can follow them!!!

    I will never do business with you again. After much waiting, you failed to deliver the order. thus, I find you unreliable. I am awaiting my refund, and if it does not come soon, I will seek legal avenues.

    Two out of five plants were as expected. Three of them were 2 pots and these were smaller than expected and not well formed. Seems I am always expecting better from you. Great packing job.

    my plants arrived well packed and beautiful. i appreciate that you label the plants as its sometimes hard to identify some if they look similar to others in the same order.

    My first time ordering Sempervivum Heuffelii, (trying to get a new rock garden started!) The plants when they arrived, all 16 of them, were in excellent condition. We planted them 2 days later & they seem to have already taken root. Cant wait to see how they do this summer. There are more plants that I would like to order but every time I check it still says they arent quite ready, so Im patiently waiting!

    Five stars for the plants, 1 star for the styrofoam packing peanuts! My order arrived in 2 days, packed well and not damaged . It took me a bit to unpackThere was an entire brown grocery bag of styrofoam packing peanuts on top of the shredded paper protecting the plants. I dont know if there is a better solution but it took me a while to expose the plants! I am very happy with the variety of succulents and cacti I ordered. They will be used as favors for a bridal shower.

    Arrived neatly packaged.Very small specimens but in good health.soaked them overnight and planted the next day.Love that the varieties ordered were unusual and I would not be able to buy them anywhere else.I will definitely ordered again.
