    Not good. This people are scammers. Even if you don't pressed the payment link they charge you. They gave my money back but was a problem. Also the credit card they didn't want to help ether. Wasn't fun.

    On 16-Dec-2024, I ordered two "fuel free" USB rechargeable torches. On 30-Dec-2024 the package arrived with two standard BUTANE lighters. No USB connection, no battery, no tech. I thought there was no way these could be simple butane lighters when they were charging $75.00 for two! I immediately emailed the customer service email address stating my dissatisfaction with the situation and that I wanted a refund. I did receive an automated reply acknowledging their system had received my email. After one week, nobody had responded to my complaint. On 06-Jan-2025 I sent a second email to the **************** email. Still nobody has responded to either of my emails.This product was SEVERELY misrepresented when I purchased it. I now see that the webpage has changed and clearly calls this product a gas powered lighter. They should not have even shipped the product to me if the product did not match what was ordered. This looks like a bait-and-switch tactic, hoping that people keep the product after they receive it.

    I ordered two air purifiers for 200+ dollars back in November. I was unhappy with them and corresponded with their support services via email and was instructed on how to return the air purifiers. I did exactly as instructed and was anticipating getting all of my money refunded except shipping as that is what was promised. It is now January 8, 2025 and even though I provided the tracking and delivery information, I do not get a response. I have emailed numerous times and I called and left a message since no customer support **** are currently available. Im guessing this is a scam and I am out my $237.44.??

    I ordered 2 of the heaters and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. It didn't even heat up 1 small, enclosed room. Tried both and neither worked as advertised. The only room heated was a small bathroom,

    I am upset I spent $82.36 on this top heat heater. I should have researched more about it before buying. I have not received it yet. I have read a few reviews of folks on here who have had a heater not work anymore after one use, and another that said the heater wasnt grounded. I would just like my money back. I have emailed the company for a refund, and am waiting to hear back. I feel this is a scam.

    Ordered night driving glasses on-line from an oufit known as topnightglasses, but apparently this is a front for a company called Modernlifetrends. Was charged $59.93 but recived no shipping notice from them. Tried to call them to inquire when it would be shipped, & no one is available ever. They also don't answer e-mails I sent to them. BBB site shows several complaints about poor performance or non-performance from this Company. I am looking for a $69.93 refund from this outfit since it is highly unlikely I'll ever get my product.

    I wish I would have looked at this before site before I ordered it. I was also charged an extra $19.99 for a #earcleaner, according to ******. I suppose there might have been an opt-in checkbox somewhere, but I certainly did not see it.I also bought this due to their ad that says the lighter does NOT use butane. If it does, I don't want it either.The website purchase process is certainly unusual and it was difficult to to even tell if I had actually ordered something, which is why I looked at ****** in the first place.
