    On 1-17I ordered an air pump from top air ********. On 1-19I got notification that it was shipped. Never received it. After phone calls and emails with no result three weeks later they finally sent an email with a tracer number for my package for ***** I went to the post office and was told it was a fraud tracer. Yesterday I received an echeck but because I do not have a printer I cannot retrieve it. I called Deluxe check and they informed me that someone had already opened the link to the check. I paid ***** for something that I never received. After going online I found it am not the only one. My order # was *******.

    My complaint number is ******** and I was to receive a check for ***** from this company in a week to 10 days.  No check has ever come. They do not do what they say they will do. My complaint started on March 5.

    The date was 1/14/2025.there were a tire inflators. One for ***** the extra unit was for *****.i called to ask for the units. **************.press 1 for operator. Did that 3 times.     On 12/20/24, our Discover card was charged for a purchase we did not make. We received an item in the mail with no return sender address listed on the package. The package was sent by *** with no tracking information from where it was even sent. When we checked our Discover Card we had been billed $48.98 from a company called **************************. When I googled the phone number to call it took me to a non existent phone number. I filed a dispute on our Discover card but lost as the Merchant proved the transaction. I don't understand how I can be charged for something I did not order. Also it went thru Pay Pal and we don't have a Pay Pal account linked to any of our credit cards.

    In mid January 2025 I placed an order for a pair of flex focus glasses from Modern Life T.I paid through ******, with delivery address as supplied.I did not receive any Tracking information.I did not receive an Order Number.I did not receive an acknowledgement of Order.I did not receive delivery of goods.I did not receive any communication from the company. On 16th January 2025, AUD42.13 was deducted from my account.Also on 16th January a further AUD202.20 was deducted from my account (suggesting multiple orders)The reference Nos on these deductions was in both cases *MODERNLIFET *********** CA ## *** MERCHANT I can find no way to contact the company directly.I require a refund.

    I purchased two "Torch" lighters on January 5, 2025 in the amount of $78.97. Due to a delay in shipping, I did not receive the lighters until almost a month later after purchase. All of the instructions are in Chinese. I cannot find any information on the internet or on the business website regarding how to operate the lighters. Furthermore, the lighters require butane to operate, and the ad mentioned nothing about the lighters requiring butane. I do not know of any businesses near me that can fill them with butane. Neither the original ad nor the product currently exist on the business website. The lighters are useless to me. All I want is to return them for a refund. I contacted the business via email requesting a refund on 02-03-2005 and 02-04-2005, but I've received no response. I contacted the business via phone on 01-31-2025, 02-03-2025, 02-04-2025, and 02-05-2025. I had to leave a message every time, because nobody would answer. Every one of my emails and phone calls have been unanswered. I paid using ****** and the order number provided below is the ****** order number.

    11/30/2024 i was charged twice fraudulently. I received a notification for authorization of payment which I DENIED! but was charged anyway as I wasn't making an order and have never even been to your site before.

    On Jan 4 I cancelled an order for the Brownstone Power Saver hours after purchasing, but they charged me anyway. Then when I complained to ****** that it wasn't even sent, they sent the product on Jan 21 to show tracking. It's a scam.

    Item ordered and paid for through ******. I received no information from them at all. They will NOT answer any emails. ****** cant refund purchase price unless I attempt to reach a settlement with them. They obviously have no interest in refunding the purchase price.

    On 11/12 I ordered 2 units of air purifiers ($223.69) + 1 bonus unit (*****). I was told 3 units were coming. Two arrived (approx 11/17), then ANOTHER THREE about 2 days later. I had purchased 2 for my parents, 1 for me, but the air purifiers CLEARLY were too small to do the job advertised (about 4" square, 6" tall; supposed to be able to clean 1500+ sqft). (FYI: My father went out and bought two that are about 20" sq, 30" tall, and they can barely handle it!) I emailed requesting how to return the units for a refund on 11/20, but got no response. I emailed again on 12/13, asking the same thing. When my credit card statement arrived, I called the number on my credit card statement on 1/6 and discovered it was for ******, not for the company that I had purchased from. ****** gave me a transaction number and said they do the billing for these companies but they don't have any information about how to return. They gave me the name of the company: Brownstone resources. They gave me their email address, ****************************** which I emailed with the same request for how to return for a refund. They offer a 90 day guaranteed return (see attachments) and this has been sitting on my credit card for over 2 months now. I need to get this money back so I stop paying interest for something that I don't want, can't use, and that had a guaranteed return policy. I am asking for all of my $517.37 to be refunded to me immediately. From other complaints against this company, they often say you don't have to send it back. I don't care, I will send it back or not, but I need the money!Note: I cannot edit this statement but wanted to add that I also called the number ****** gave me; it was not answered, but I left a message asking for a return call, but never got one. Since then I discovered this is a sole proprietorship, so I can see how one person doesn't have time to call back every complaint, as I see there are many complaints!
