    Command le 8 dcembre 2023 3 bracelets en cadeaux de Nol. Il est indiqu sur le site que je recevrai ma commande en 3 jours. On est le 19 dcembre et je me rends compte que je me suis fait arnaquer comme, je le vois maintenant, plein d'autres personnes. Inutile d'attendre avant de porter plainte car je viens de comprendre que je ne les recevrai jamais. Je vais porter plainte la police dans l'espoir de faire fermer ce site afin que personne d'autre n'en soit victime. Ces gens ont mon numero de carte de crdit et pourtant j'ai bien vrifier avant de procder l'achat, que le site tait scure, comme quoi ... Merci de votre attention et j'***** avoir de vos nouvelles sous peu

    On November 20th, I put an order in a cart to Svana Designs for an engraved ring. I expected to have the money the next day but had a problem with my bank and a fraud alert. For several days, I got emails asking me if I was still going to order and that I only had a certain amount of time until the cart expired. On November 23rd, I replied to the email about my bank problem and that I intended to complete the purchase. On November 24th, I completed the purchase for $49.45. I got a receipt that stated it would take 2-4 weeks to "process" and that I would be notified when it shipped. On November 27th, I got an email saying it had been shipped. On December 5th, I sent an email asking where it was. The tracking said a label had been created but **** had not received the item to ship yet. I got no response. For four days, I emailed, called, messaged on ********...and got no response. The only phone number I could find does not get an answer. Then on December 9th, they responded by ******** asking for my email and then emailed me that it takes 2-4 weeks to MAKE the item. Then it will be shipped. On the 10th, I thanked them by email. On the 11th, they responded by email, to contact them if I had any further questions. I attempted to email them again on December 17th to get an estimate on timeframe. Now all my emails get a reply, but, the reply is MY email copied and sent back to me?! I cannot reach these people to either get the product or get my money back. I really just want the ring. Friday (the 22nd) in 3 days, will be 4 weeks since I placed my order.

    I placed my order 2-3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. I have emailed multiple times but can't get a response.

    I ordered 2 items on Nov 30th and Dec 1 I got an update that it had shipped, I then tracked the order and have been tracking it but **** never received the item I have reached out via ******** and email and have gotten no responses on when the items would ship Or when I would get my money back

    I ordered a bracelet on 12-03-23 and paid $61 Dollars. Paid extra to make sure it would arrive on time for Christmas. It provides a tracking number but the **** says it's waiting on the package. I would like the bracelet, but as of right now doesn't look like it's coming. So money back would be fine

    Ordered and paid for product on the site recieved tracking info stating it would be received on a Tuesday checked tracking said it was in my ***********, received another update that it be delivered on Wednesday so checked shipping Wednesday and it showed it was one hour away but then shipped out of state to *******! Clearly Im not getting what I paid for and its sad theres scammers out here DO NOT BUY FROM SVANA

    I placed an order on Aug 7th, 2023. I have email confirming order and correct address. I have an email regarding shipping updates stating items are on their way. I have an email saying my package was delivered. However, when I click on the tracking for **** instead of being delivered to my address in **, it states it is delivered to Kalamzoo MI. They took ***** out of my bank account and on my order it shows that it was delivered to ********* **, however it was not. At the bottom of the email it states if you did not receive your order or something was wrong to email customer service. Well, I did and it has been 2 days and nothing. I went to look for a phone number to call, nothing on website. I found a number here on the BBB website, and called and it went to an immediate busy signal. This company is a scam on ********* I ordered bracelets my MIL found on ** she wanted to give the grandkids. When I went to the ** page any comments will be blocked. I messaged them on ** also, again, no acknowledgement. BEWARE and stay away from this company. I am trying to work with my bank to get my money back. But I may be out $73 now.....

    I ordered a bracelet from Svana Designs around February 24, 2023. The *** tracker states the bracelet has been sitting in ***********, ** since March 11. I have contacted the company via email, and was assured I would get the bracelet. I emailed them twice, with the same response.Once I demanded a refund and threatened to contact the BBB, they have stopped all communication.*********************

    This alleged purchase was made on November 21st 2022 For $50.21 off of my total credit card I contacted my credit card company when I saw the transaction they disputed it applied my credit in December I should be a new credit card since my card was now compromised by this company I contacted the company I've never received any product from this company nor would I ever receive a Product from this company now on January 24th they've indicated that the claim is valid from there end of this company and now my credit card company charged me again I'm disputing this again in the meantime this company says they have the right address but they don't show anything shipped But still won't give me a credit this is ironic I need this resolved thank you
