    I went on the ******* design website I entered an item to purchase left the site never proceeded with the purchase.Somehow I was charged and asked for a refund because I didn't authorize this purchase I was told to refuse the item when delivered to get a refund but I never received the item to refuse or return it I've been sending emails almost everyday and now I'm being ignored no bracelet no refund. I shouldn't be charged for something I didn't authorize much less never received I just want my refund

    I ordered a silver cuff bracelet as a Christmas gift. The scrollwork design on the face of the bracelet is a beautiful black color in the online advertising. The printed verse on the inside of the bracelet shows in the same black print.I received the bracelet, and to my disappointment, both face and inside of bracelet are so faintly lasered/printed - they are scarcely visible.I complained - with photo. I received a second bracelet - identical to the first.I complained a second time - this time with their ad photo and photo of what I received to make comparison easier. I received a third bracelet - identical to the first two.This company will NOT speak to you in person. They will not reply to email, other than an auto response that they'll ship a replacement - which would be fine were the replacement any better than the original.

    I ordered a bracelet for my son for Christmas on 12/8/2022. When I tried tracking the package it just says waiting to be shipped. I've emailed the company 4 times no reply. I paid $30.95 for the bracelet.

    Never received my bracelets and cannot get in touch with them. They stole $49.00 from my account and I want my refund. Never received it and it's going on 2 months. Please help

    This is the email I sent to SVANA with no reply. On Nov 29,2022 I made two purchases one for $19.47 and one for $34.19. I saw on my bank account that my card was charged twice for the $34.19.     Placed order on 11/16/22. Dollar amount total $52.00 for 2 bracelets: To My Granddaughter, My Heart Will Always Be Linked To Yours Bracelet. Was given a *** tracking number: **************************. However *** has not been notified to pick up and deliver my purchases. Have emailed Svana several times, each time getting same response.."We've already sent an urgent follow-up to our courier to help expedite your order's shipment. Tried calling Svana #************ found during internet search. However, it apparently is not a working number. I have requested a refund, and neither received my purchase nor the refund. I would like a full refund of $52.00.

    I purchased a bracelet from this company on October 10th. It did not ship according to their timeline on their website. When I finally got the tracking information, it remained blank and had no details for over a week. I requested a refund 3 times. The allowed me to refuse the package, which I did. They received notification from **** that it was on its way back to them. They are refusing my refund because I reported a problem with them on PayPal. The agents at PayPal advised me not to close my ticket until I get my refund. Svana says they cant refund my money until I close my PayPal claim. I have not heard back from them since the end of October and I have yet to get my refund.

    On September 26th I Svana deducted two separate amounts from my account 1 was for *****. And the other was for *****. The total should have only been the one amount for ***** from Svana design ******** **********

    Item not received. Company website has no viable way to contact and NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS, so **** won't investigate without it. **** claims delivered, but no item was delivered

    I ordered a ring from svana design. The money was taken out of my Pay Pal account on Aug. 9, but I am not sure of the original date when I ordered. After waiting to hear from this company for awhile, I contacted them by email asking where my ring was. I did not hear anything back from them. I waited awhile then emailed again. Finally they replied with an apology for my wait and gave me a $5 refund on my Pay Pal account. The original price with shipping was $30.95. I waited again and after not hearing from them I emailed again and asked that my order be canceled. Now today I received an email from them saying they can't even find my order, but I do not believe that. I have asked PayPal to help me resolve this but they want me to wait more weeks! I just want my money refunded. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. My order number is #HOBC4ZP4
