    I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend and while I was checking out it asked if I wanted to order a matching bracelet for myself. Of course I did so I added it for $30. When I got the bracelet, it is way too big for me and its not adjustable. I emailed the company to ask how to send the womans bracelet back and they told me that they do not offer refunds. They did, however, offer to create another bracelet and ship it to me for free, but this bracelet was going to be the exact same size. I do not understand how a company will remake a bracelet, and ship it for free, but not offer a way to return it and issue a refund. Seems like a big scam to me. Buyer beware if you order from this company.

    They are scammers. I bought a bracelet from them. Received it and my son couldnt use it. Their website says they give a refund if you return within 30 days of receipt. I have emailed them multiple times asking them for an RMA number and how to return it. And they have ignored my emails repeatedly. DO NOT buy from them.* this is only a one star rating because I have no choice but put a rating. Otherwise it would be a zero star rating.

    They offer no returns. The fit of the bracelet is small. Not for an adult mans wrist. The size of the bracelet is not in the description. Quality is ok.

    ZERO STARS!!!! 1 star is being far too generous for these people. They have inferior products and the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered the Grandmother and Granddaughter A link that can never be undone blossom **** bracelet. The sentiment that came with the bracelet is what caught my eye as my granddaughter has recently moved across the country and I was looking for something to connect us. When I was placing my order their website timed out before I got a confirmation. So I tried to place the order again and did get a confirmation for that order. Then I noticed I had been charged twice for 2 separate orders. I immediately reached out to them (within 30 min after order was placed) to cancel one of the orders, but was told it was too late as the orders had already been processed. I received the bracelets, both in the same envelope even though they had billed me shipping charges of $5.95 for each bracelet. Mind you they were not in individual gift boxes. They were in small plastic bags shipped in one small envelope. I initially intended to just go ahead and keep both bracelets and just requested a refund for the duplicate shipping charge. Thats when the real nightmare began. They refused to refund anything so at that point I decided I didnt want either bracelet and filed a dispute with PayPal I returned both bracelets to the company in accordance with the return instructions they provided me. Tracking information confirmed they received the package on July 9 and I have been fighting with them since then for my refund. My advice to anyone checking reviews for this company (which I obviously wish I would have done before I ordered anything from them) is save your money! If you see an item with a sentiment that pulls at your heartstrings, simply copy that sentiment and go to the store to purchase a quality piece of jewelry to go with it. Their product is of inferior quality and could be purchased at the dollar store.

    They shipped my order to the wrong state and person. They dont respond to inquiries and appear to be a scam company. Do not purchase anything from this company they take your money, do not follow up on customer inquiries.
