      Its was convenient and spaces was available. Easy to use and a really fair price. The experience was almost perfect, with the only hiccup being the difficulty in finding the shuttle on the chilly morning of my departure.

      The customer service here is severely lacking. I made a purchase for the wrong airport hotel to park in and called at the time of my reservation to cancel. This was minutes after. Because technically it was after my reservation began - they refused to refund me. I feel robbed.

      I It is a rip off. You cannot cancel and no one answers the phones at all. I was on hold on one line for hour and the next line at 44 minutes at the same time stay away.

      I used the Cheapestairportparking.com web site and booked a spot at the ***************-tac. No problem on the front end; I parked and the shuttle took me to the airport promptly. Upon arrival back to *************** at 11:25PM, I called from the shuttle area and they said they'd send the shuttle right over; when they hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, I tried calling back but no answer. Then after 30 min and no answer. At 40 min, they picked up the phone and said, "Traffic is bad" and hung up on me. They never picked up the phone again and I ended up taking a different parking shuttle to a nearby lot and walking the remaining 1/2 mile in the rain. There was ZERO traffic, by the way. I e-mailed to file a complaint, and the reply from Way was, "Please understand that shuttle services are complementary to all bookings and not charged to the customer and that the charge paid by the customer is for the parking which you have utilized. Again, we understand this may cause inconvenience and we apologize for any discrepancies this may cause. Please understand that Way cannot be held liable for non-operable, late, or third-party payments including Uber, Lyft or **** services processed during your travel. I would request you to please contact the parking lot with any questions or concerns regarding the shuttle services."So I apparently bought the parking spot from Way, but Quality Inn runs the shuttle (or doesn't in this case...). Who would use off-site airport parking if they had to arrange transportation to that lot? What a joke and beyond ridiculously bad customer service! Beware of Way, *********************** and Quality Inn Sea-Tac!

      My experience with Global Airport Parking was an absolute nightmare. Against my better judgment, I followed the misguided advice of a hotel front desk member in the ******************** area, only to plunge into a vortex of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.From the get-go, it was evident that this operation was a shambles. The rushed chaos of trying to catch the shuttle was just the beginning of my ordeal. Upon realizing a mere nine minutes after making a reservation at 5:04 AM that I had accidentally booked an additional seven days of parking, I reached out to the company in a desperate attempt to rectify my mistake.To my dismay, what ensued was a display of utter indifference and refusal to accommodate. Despite my prompt notification of the error, Global Airport Parking callously brushed aside any notion of offering a credit, refund, or even the slightest gesture of goodwill. Their obstinate refusal to acknowledge their customer's genuine mistake speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.In summary, my interaction with Global Airport Parking was nothing short of a cautionary tale. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with contempt and disdain.

      We had the best experience it started off by paying for indoor parking. When we got to the property we checked in, we drove in and kept driving up and up and up looking for an indoor parking space.

      It was awesome. Quick easy and straight forward price was nice as well. The good. Cheapest parking. The gates are closed at night. The rate is per day meaning arrive any time on sunday and leave any time next sunday and it is 8 days. So, don't stress about time.

      Fast and easy. Easy to book, good prices. Super convenient and well worth it. The shuttles were waiting and we only had to wait less than 5 mins after the cruise returned even though it was a madhouse. Will use again.
