      Great app. However, there's no signage promoting it. I noticed this because we usually visit beaches, where there are plenty of signs. Nevertheless, using the app is more convenient; there's no need to rush back to your car every hour or two to pay and risk getting a ticket in between.

      Great app, it took seconds to set up my parking. The slide gauge for time is incredibly convenient. Perfectly effective, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable, despite the task of paying for parking. Very intuitive!

      Convenient. Sometimes there's a small fee, but if you're too thrifty to spare 20 cents, perhaps owning a car isn't the best choice for you. This app efficiently accomplishes the task. My only complaint about the setup is that the spot and zone information is mostly displayed on the inner part of the sidewalk.

      I purchased a pass to a parking garage my time was suppose to start at 10:20, i got to the area a little after. My maps had the location but i could not find it. i called way, they hd me call the garage which no one answered, i tried 5 times. i ended up paying for parking somewhere else. I contacted Way after, they told me their policy states i need to contact them before my parking time starts to cancel it. Why would i contact them or get to my spot early before my start time, that makes no sense. All they tell me is thats their policy they cant help me. Their policy does also state they can refund the money if there is a special circumstance which i believe there is. I tried contacting the garage but i couldnt. *** says they contacted the garage with no problem. That wasnt the case for me on the day i need parking that i had to pay an extra 42 dollars for which is ridiculous. I told them their policy states about the special circumstance but they really dont care!!!

      In my experience, both the mobile application and and the services provided deserve the lowest rate possible. Having paid a monthly subscription, I was never able to use the car wash, despite the promise. I continuously tried to use the service for two days, but the application only returned erros as I scanned the code at the entrance. UX/UI needs a considerable improvement as the only thing I succeeded with while using the application was paying. The rest, including the promised service, I could not make use of. It was a sheer waste of my time and a stressful test of patience. Please read about my experience before doing any business with Way.com. I personally requested money back, and I hope customer support will at least respond to my email.

      Ways app and the website were not working the day of my parking. I tried pulling up my reservation on the app and website 2 days prior to my trip and the day of my trip. Due to their malfunction on both website and app I was unable to retrieve my reservation the day of my travel forcing me to find parking the day before of my trip. I was able to contact them the day of and they said since it was the day of parking there was no way they could refund me even though I was unable to access anything.do not use this company. Things happen that is out of their control and my control but to refuse a refund due to this misfortune is insane. Why do say stay away!

      Made reservation thru Way.com with BMI parking *******. When I arrived there were a fourteen people with suitcases waiting for a shuttle. My handicapped wife and I joined the group after checking in. Twenty minutes later, and with more people now waiting, a shuttle arrived. The driver got out and left. No replacement driver. Twenty more minutes and an attendant comes out as if he would be driving. People loaded their own suitcases and then got on board, us included. No driver. Just heat. People started getting out. The attendant said he would get a ticket if he drove, and that a driver was coming. Twenty minutes later, no driver. People now started getting Uber and, like me, asked for our keys and money back. We had to get to our flights. My car was right by the office where I had parked it to check in. It hadnt been parked. The BMI attendant said that I could process my refund through Way.com. This all meant, for a handicapped couple, frantically going to another garage and trying to get to our flight. Did I mention the mounds of trash adjacent to the waiting area?I asked Way.com for a credit of ******** and was told, that because I had checked in, despite no shuttle as advertised, despite my car not having been parked, despite the distress, they would not refund me. When I pointed out the shuttle advertised by them was non-functioning for us, they said the shuttle was complimentary and read the fine print. This is a terrible reply. They have not made just a dissatisfied customer but an enemy. Spoiling the start of our vacation and not making a simple, miniscule $20 something refund. Just realize that if you use Way.com, and you end up screwed by the deal they sold, you will get doubly screwed by them.

      Drivers were courteous and extremely helpful. Service above and beyond. Will use them every time we fly from city. This app is easy to navigate and information upfront. My reservation was completed in under 2 minutes.
