      I called the Way Parking customer service before booking online. A customer service representative answered right away. She is very helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Courteous customer service rep answer my call promptly. I will park my car at *********** for 5 days and give a review after that.

      So far, all I have done is make a reservation, but that went as smoothly as possible. We have used Way previously and were very happy, which is why we are using them again. It was very easy and I chatted with a rep who provided a promotional code to receive a 5% discount since this is my first time using this service. The airport is only 5 mins from the parking lot which is why I chose it.

      I received a fast and accurate response to my question using the chat feature. App was easy to navigate. We waited 10 minutes to get to the ship and coming home. Nice quick and easy. Very close to the airport. Kind people, shutter on time always

      The description of available services was very complete, and the process for transfer to the port was very well explained. Easy steps when processing. The app come out quick and the fillable stuff are all direct. Easy to use app and great price. Pretty simple to use

      The agent I called was super helpful and offered me a 5% discount code. So far so good. Now I haven't parked yet but I'm sure it'll be ok. Very easy to use to reserve for my parking. I will use again in the future because of this.

      Easy to use for setting up reservation. I am able to get a receipt! Navigating it was good. Had good experience with Way at airport. Expect no less. Can't beat the price!!! Get an email with address, phone and confirmation. This was a very good experience so far.

      We left our car at Way parking. On arrival we followed the instructions left by the driver who brought us from the parking to the terminal. The weather was terrible - very cold and pouring. The location for pick-up has absolutely no markings to indicate that it is the right one. Easy to navigate. had a question and answered in chat. I can't imagine someone gave this company a negative review.

      This is a service to airport parking. At some parking lots, you need to pay additional cost and tax. Way.com intentionally left out this fee at the booking to make the fee look cheap. This is a SCAM.

      In the future, it would be beneficial for Way Parking to communicate any issues with reservations promptly to avoid such inconveniences. Overall, despite this hiccup, we were able to make it to our flight on time and enjoy our trip. Easy to place a reservation and great customer service answering questions.
