      Less than one star really. We waited 2 hours for the shuttle returning from ****** to the nearby ***************** parking lot, scheduled through the Way app. Directions on the site were not the same as verified by airport personnel. Tried another set of directions 3 terminals away. The shuttle never came by there either Spent $25 to take an Uber directly to the hotel. Removing app from my phone.

      Ordered a monthly subscription for a car wash on 9/31 and it wouldn't save my car information. I call and try to get it resolved but they're unable to do it also on their end. I request a refund on 10/7 and was told I will get a confirmation email within 24 hour. 24 hour later it never came. I gave it some time Incase it will but never did. Today 10/14 I called and ask about my refund status and was told to call back Monday to talk to the car wash team.. it's been 2 weeks and still haven't been able to use the car wash I $40 paid for.

      I had no issue with their parking service, rather they are very devious when it comes to Way+. I did not sign up for it or indeed want or need it. They sent an email, very again deviously on a Saturday to a business email address which only gets monitored during business hours. I told them not to charge my corporate card as soon as I saw the email on Monday and they only it seems refunded to way bucks despite my request. If I don't get resolution I will be taking this up with my CA representative, this isn't a question over money, rather principle.

      I used way.com before Covid started and it was an ok experience. Something has changed now! First of all, they provide false information in their advertising. I was trying to book a parking spot near *** and found a decent one within 3 miles of the ********************, according to the website. When I complete my booking it shows that parking is actually located **** miles away. I thought it was just a mistake and tried to cancel my booking right away. The website didn't allow me to do so and I had to make a call. Finally it was cancelled. I tried to book another spot in a different location and the same thing happened. Instead of 2.8 miles of airport it was located 13 miles away and I could verify it only after receiving the confirmation email from way.com and making a down payment. I repeated the cancellation process and received an email that my deposit is going to be returned within **** business days. After 10 days I contacted way.com and asked for the reimbursement status. First response was that I have to wait some more time. After 2.5 weeks I contacted them and was told that I didn't cancel my reservation. But I had a cancellation confirmation email and sent them as proof. After exchanging a number of emails they told me that I cancelled one reservation but didn't cancel another one that I didn't make and wasn't aware of. Finally, after a month of exchanging the emails I had to contact my credit card and file a dispute. Way.com is a fraudulent website! I'll never use it again and don't recommend it to anyone!

      Awful. Prepaid airport parking and lot was full when I arrived. Had to pay triple cost at airport parking in order to not miss my flight. Way.com doesn't answer their phones for a refund and reimbursement. Never again.

      When I made my reservation it stated "full refund". Now that I cancelled they add the "refund" as "way bucks". What TH are ***** way bucks? I want my real money back! I thought about using their app for getting insurance and other services but NO CHANCE now that I know I won't get money back when I have problems

      FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Hands down the WORST app and company I have ever used for parking. This company ***** to high h*** and will not refund you even if it is THEIR fault. I booked a week of parking at a hotel near the ************** and when I arrived... lets just say the conditions were NOT safe and their was no way I was leaving my vehicle in that lot for a week. I had to hurry up and find parking elsewhere but as soon as I had the chance I emailed them explaining and asking for a refund for parking I NEVER USED. I sent the email 44 minutes after the "check in time" and they refuse to issue a refund for over $100.00. This company is unprofessional and should have their business opportunities revoked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- you have been warned.

We are also liable to pay to the lot for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them. As per our cancellation and refund policy, we have clearly mentioned that a refund cannot be initiated if requested after the check-in time. We need an approval from the location on special circumstances or else they will charge us for that spot. However, as a valuable customer we will seriously look into your concern.       This company is not reputable nor very customer service friendly. I was quoted one price to park at an offsite hotel parking garage, but charged an astronomically higher rate. I reached out multiple times and nothing but, "please contact the hotel's parking garage". The hotel had nothing to do with the parking reservation or price quoted. Since they wouldn't honor the price quoted, they cancelled the reservation and only credited me the original price quoted. They still owe me for the overcharge which I have now disputed with my cc company.

      BEWARE these thieves! Horrific experience. They emailed me a receipt immediately, but never sent me a "Confirmation Code" that I would need to exit the parking lot. So I was forced to pay again at the lot to be allowed to leave. I did try to email Global Airport Parking, called them, and even sent an Instagram DM before paying a 2nd time to exit, but they didn't pick up the phone or get back in any capacity. Eventually, later, I got someone on the phone after 16 minutes on HOLD, and they said they wouldn't reimburse me, and that I was wrong, but couldn't prove it. Why would I pay twice? THAT, I can prove. So dumb. Avoid them at all costs. My $36 in parking turning into over $80 because of them. And their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever encountered.

      Very sneaky company!You can still try this. When making a parking reservation through ******* ** ************** through ** mobile.They take u from the booking page directly to entering the credit card information, hiding the order summary page in a deceptive way. This page surprisingly has the taxes and other fees. Their confirmation email does not specify the total amount for reservation. You would only know about the excess charge when you check your credit card statement.Scam alert!
