      Way advertised there was free shuttle service were I paid for parking. Other places said no shuttle services available. As I was checking in at the hotel where I was leaving car I asked where do I grab the shuttle. She said they do not offer shuttle service and they have told Way to not write that they do. I did not park at that hotel and made other plans. My flight home was coming at a weird time. It took at least 10 robot responses and one semi robot response for them to send a tiny copy of the shuttle policy. I actually had to screen shot and blow up to read. I caution anyone who needs shuttle service to double check with the actual facility if they provide it. A better idea is just call the facility and book directly through the business or hotel. Highly disappointed with the robot responses and the lack of anyone not calling me after several request. Even though I never took possession of the parking and tried to call right away. They still refuse a refund.

      I purchased 5 days of prepaid parking from Way.com. On my return day, June 18,2023, I arrived early and went to get my car. My Way.com voucher was not honored. After multiple calls to Way.com and an extended hold, I finally spoke to a live person. After an additional time on hold, they advised that because I was leaving the parking facility 25 mins early, my way.com voucher was being rejected. I was advised to pay the full parking facility prices and submit my receipt "for a refund." I did so and after several days of inaction, I checked my credit card online. Not only was there no refund, of either the original amount or the full facility amount I was forced to pay, I saw that Way.com had actually made duplicate charges to my card for the same facility and the same period!When I filed a dispute with my credit card for the second charge, Way.com then advised that I would need to drop my dispute in order for them to reverse the charge. I called my credit card and withdrew the dispute so Way.com could proceed with the refund. I advised Way.com the day the dispute was dropped.I then received follow up emails from Way.com advising that I still needed to drop the dispute and I advised them that I had already done so. Well, I have now received an email from Way.com saying I must provide to them PROOF that I dropped the dispute in order for them to proceed.Never have I ever experienced this kind of run around from any service provider. I have disputed credit card charges in the past and they were resolved by the merchant directly with the card company. The merchant reverses the charge and the dispute is resolved. I have never had to cancel a dispute for it to be resolved.I have now been charged $125 by Way.com for services it did not provide in addition to the charges I had to pay to the parking facility in order to get my car out...because I arrived 25 minutes early.Credit card disputes will be filed.

      Do not use this site for anything, they are robing people, is a scam. I made a parking reservation through them at *********************, they said that I will park at the Embassy Suites by the Hilton in *************, they also give a number for the parking garage, when I called the parking to confirm the reservation, the parking garage told me that way uses multiple places to make the reservations, but none of them takes their business, and so my reservation was not valid so I need to find another location, they also told me good luck with getting your money back. I lost $194.00. I cancel my reservation after knowing that I didn't have a place to park, and way.com didn't want to give e a refund, neither they answer the phone, and instead they give me what they call waybucks, but no one takes their wabucks anywhere. When I try on line they say that a chat will be available to answer my question, but all it does s transfer you to a link for another reservation. I don't understand how can they continue to scam on line like this, without consequences.

      I work at a hotel that was added to Way for airport parking. We did not sign up to be added to this app to offer airport parking. We got no advance notice of a guest walking in to use an airport shuttle and park here. Way is also not paying ** for this guest to park here. Our listing on the app is completely false including the photo of our hotel. We are a *********** in **********, ** and the photo looks nothing like our hotel down to the fact that there's 8 palm tress in front of the hotel used in the photos. ******** has lots of wonderful foliage but I'm pretty sure no hotel in this state has 8 palm trees in front of it.

      They are a scam operation and need to be shut down. Global Parking took my money for parking my car a few days prior to my departure from *********. When I showed up to park my car at Hyatt place with the reservation code the parking lot said that they are no longer doing business with Global Parking and have suspended any business dealings with Global Parking for over a month. I had to repay for parking and almost missed my flight. When I called the number for global parking for a refund I was put on hold for over half an hour. Then the customer agent informed me that I will only be reimbursed when and IF I give them the receipt of my payment for the car parking. My question is,1. why was the parking lot included in the list of paid parking when it is no longer doing any business with Global Parking?2. why was I made to pay for the parking lot when the parking lot is no longer accepting any reservations made via Global parking 3. when I call for a refund I am told to submit a receipt of my re-payment that I had to make to the parking lot.

      Horrible horrible horrible!!! Purchased monthly car wash that doesnt work at the facility, and I havent been able to get in contact with anyone to troubleshoot the problem or obtain a refund. I believe this company is a fraud as they refuse to communicate through emails (due to paper trail), and insist on phone calls. When I received a phone call during my work hours and couldn't talk at the time, it was an individual who was using their own personal cell phone, and not from a business. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since then.

      Horrible experience. I paid in advance for a week of parking at a hotel & when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they dont accept reservations from ******************************* made multiple phone calls/inquiries directly to way.com and way has refused all communication with them. I ended up having to pay an extra $85 to actually park at the hotel and was not given a refund from ******* from the scam they sold me on. I tried to leave a review on the ********** blocked it from being posted publicly because it didnt meet their standards. I will not be using this app again

      I made an airport parking booking through way.com. I made reservations through their website and during reservation it is mentioned in their website that I can cancel any time before booking time starts. Due to rush I checked only 10 minutes before the start time on their website an option to cancel. But there is no option to cancel the booking. I checked FAQ and exactly followed what it says. But still couldn't figure out a way to cancel it. I started a chat and mentioned that I need to cancel but no response on that. By this time I crossed the booking start time and when I called customer service they told that I cannot cancel now. Only in their app it is possible to cancel which was not mentioned anywhere in their website. As suggested by the customer service representative I sent email with proof of my chat request to cancel before booking time. But no response from them. They are tricking people by this 'no way' out options.

      This company are scam artists. Pure bait and switch. DO NOT USE.I prepaid for an airport parking in ***********. When I arrived the morning of my flight, there were no spaces available. I had to rush to find another location at a higher cost of 50% more and almost missed my flight.They did nothing to rectify the situation.

      My spouse and I were charged for parking via ******* and never received an email confirmation for parking. We looked through all of our emails. I never used your service, but I was charged for it. My bank will not let me dispute it because they said you provided proof of an email. I never got the email. All I want is credit back into my account for the service I did not receive. I am willing to use the way.com credit or a gift card or anything. Thank you.
