    The laptop I bought off Amazon stopped working almost immediately after the return window closed. I didn't spill on it. Didn't eat near it. Yet there was goop in the motherboard. They do not care, and are actively making it hard for me to even get it fixed under the warrenty.

    Asus customer support is garbage. They are clueless and do not know anything. I call them twice as my BIOS was loading. What they told me to do was useless, and then had the audacity to tell me to do a factory reset and lose all of my data. A bunch of morons, no better than what you find and Microsoft. The blind leading the blind.

    Beware! Customer ********************** is terrible, slow, and are straight up extortionists. I had a cracked screen on my laptop, which I sent in for repair. I was quoted a $600 repair to replace the entire motherboard, which was not damaged. When asking them about it, they said my unit wasn't turning on (Which was working perfectly, a few days prior when I had it). After taking over a month of trying to negotiate, I had to ask them 3 entire times to send me back my laptop, and only receiving it over a week after I asked for them to send me back my computer. This is a scam, extortion, or both. I do not recommend anybody buy an Asus product anymore, and as a longtime fan, they've lost me.

    Product and Customer ********************** are HORRIBLE! I bought a Vivobook less than two months ago. Almost immediately, the track pad starting freezing up every 2 - 3 hours making it necessary to do a hard shutdown. My first call to customer ********************** resulted in being told to hold down the F2 key to do a "factory reset", which did nothing to solve the problem. My second call resulted in being told to hold down the F6 key and then uninstall the track pad drivers - which obviously solved nothing because the Customer ********************** person did not know how to re-install them. Now the track pad doesn't work at all. I requested a replacement laptop for my non-functioning 2-month old laptop and was denied. I was told I could pay to package it up and send it in for "repair" which would take 7 - 10 business days plus transit time both ways. This whole experience has been a giant waste of time and money, as I had to purchase ANOTHER laptop (different brand obviously) to work on while my Asus is "being repaired". Customer ********************** techs read off scripts and the background noise in the call center makes it almost impossible to hear them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

    I bought this laptop in May of 2023 and it was down in March of 2024, still within warranty. I mailed it back at the beginning of April, they requested me to pay for the repairt, which I do not think is fair, but I paid. They fisnished the work and shipped it back to me on 4/26 and so far I have not received it. After 30 emails/calls with their customer **********************, they shipped a replacement laptop (refurbished) and it arrived on 6/10, but unfortunately it is still not working, it even could not be started. what should I do?

    Clueless and Useless Tech Support.After repeatedly explaining the nature of the problem, all I received for over a week was the same cut and paste resolution that had nothing at all to do with the issue. Not a single tech support rep I dealt with could be bothered, or lacked the skill, to actually read and understand the problem I was having.

    I have been buying multiple Asus products in the past and I have spent a lot of money with this business. So far I have a simple warranty claim in the past that went ok but the motherboard broke within 2 months of owning and later died 2 years later. My problem occured after doing a warranty claim on a motherboard I bought 2 years ago that had a common issue with memory. Sent for warranty and they found an unrelated damage to a button and they are claiming it is now not under warranty. They are charging me an amount that is comparable to buying a new one. Bought a new one from competition and vowed never to buy any more Asus products. It was nice when it works but it is pretty disappointing they don't want to stand by their products.

    Asus will do everything in its power to disqualify your warrant claim. They clearly are not a reputable company. 8 months old and they won't stand behind it telling me that my receipt is not valid. I imagine that they have built an inferior product and now are trying to get out of any warranty claims.

    This company WILL NOT honor its own warranty. Even if you escalate the office of the *** which is clearly just another call center team nothing happens. Weeks of non response and even when you call them, the hold music brags about their award winning customer ********************** and world class warranty. Software issues due to firmware updates are a warranty issue. Buy from another company. *************** with garbage employees

    Worst company could possibly buy a computer from all they are is lip service they just run their mouths and apologize and gaslight you they're horrible horrible people They still be a broken computer They refuse to fix it They refuse to replace it I'll never even consider purchasing another product from them ever again I will not they'll never get another dollar for me
