I purchased a keyboard and mouse combo from Amazon (US based) from the Asus store.I was have issues with BOTH items. Freezing or not responding, keys either not typing or repeating excessive. When I contacted ASUS and provided them with my serial number they said that number came up for a much older model name then what I purchased. They said that I needed to provide the order form from Amazon proving my purchase. I did, they STILL denied my warranty saying that serial number is from a Chinese purchased item! BETWEEN AMAZON AND ASUS... someone is running a fraud/ scam!

************** trash service, trash employees. Dont honor their own warranty - laptop failed to work within the first week. They asked to send it in for repairs - they did. All they did was try to reinstall windows which didnt work, of course. Same issues. I told them about it and they basically told me to F off. They refuse to honor their own warranty despite it clearly stipulating that if repairs fail, the buyer is *********** a replacement.Absolute garbage. If you ever see this and are considering an ASUS I ******% recommend you look elsewhere. Yeah, their products are good - but when they fail, youre F'ed

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I bought an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH back in October of 2022. In September of 2023 (a month before my warranty expired), I started having an issue where it would randomly disconnect from the internet. At first it wasn't too big of a problem because it would just reconnect, but then it started disabling the feature altogether. The wifi feature just wasn't there anymore and the wifi driver wasn't showing up either. At this point I would have to restart it every time I did this for it to start working again. Which got tiring fast. Then, it got to the point where even restarting it wouldn't work too. The driver was just gone. I had to hook it up to my phone to tether it for an internet connection. Every time I went into the MyASUS app for the system diagnostics, it just said there was no issue with it when it was connected, but once it wasn't connected suddenly it said there were issues but no specifics on it. Every time I contacted technical support, they kept telling me to do a factory reset, which never worked. Eventually I had to send it in for repairs. When it came back it seemed to be fixed. No more issues. However, recently it has started up again. Every time I go to technical support I get told to do a factory reset. I had three people tell me they "filed an escalation ticket and I will hear back in 24 - 48 hours". I have not heard back from anyone and it has been a week already. When I send something in for repairs I expect it to get fixed, not just a temporary solution.

I bought a 2022 G14 from Best Buy. Specs: R9 ****hs, Rx6700s, 1tb ssd, 16gb ram. I purchased this laptop and right out of the box it had a screen problem. I contacted Asus they told me this was a Best Buy thing since I bought it from them. I then talked to Best Buy and they told me ASUS is who I contact. Then with the laptop being less than 5 months old, the bottom of the laptop started crumbling. I'm not the only one who had this issue, it turns out Asus uses a type of plastic that is brittle. So I sent it in to Best Buy. The geek squad agent saw physical dead pixels in a cluster. Best Buy then sent it back to me with nothing done. There was more damage on the bottom cover on the left and right back sides. So I took it in again, and I quote "ASUS is very Stingy with warranty repairs." That is exactly what a different Geek Squad agent told me. So when it went back again they sent me a quote. The screen and the bottom case were replaced. Not even a discount for the further damage caused. Furthermore, the screen I got has a high amount of backlight bleed where you can see the light shine through during movies and games. It has been less than a month since I have gotten the laptop back from repair, and the bottom case is already cracking on the edges. I spent over $300 on a repair that should have been covered by warranty. ASUS is an ***************** and doesn't stand behind their products. I just thought I'd share my experience and hopefully, people can see this as a fair warning before they become an ASUS consumer.

Bought an ASUS laptop, keyboard backlights stopped working, took 1 month to get the laptop back, customer support was not very professional. I get laptop back a month later, scratch on the lid of the laptop, 2 screws missing from the bottom of the laptop, and my stickers removed. I ask support what's up with that and they say send it in. I just was fed up and kept the laptop because I wanted to use it as it was brand new at the time and didn't want to wait a whole month again. Few months go by and now it doesn't charge. I volt test up to the laptop and everything is good, inside of the laptop is messed up. I took the back off and inside I find my m.2 I installed prior to sending it in was missing the s**** that holds it down so I guess the tech guy just used electrical tape. Instead of doing the right thing. Also some plastic on the back was broken. I know it's just a laptop and that's fine and all but is is seriously that hard to put the screws back in the holes where they came from and leave people's stickers alone without causing any damage? I mean this is completely unprofessional and shows me of their incompetence to complete their job. Now if I want to get it fixed by ASUS I have to send it in without a warranty because it's expired, $95 to ship it to them and have them diagnose it. I literally did half their job in 5 mins and their telling me it costs 95 f****** dollars. I honestly have no words. I'm going to attempt to bring it to my local shop and see how much this is going to cost because Asus wants to put out c*** products. The laptop is probably 1 year old. This should not happen.

I purchased a brand new ASUS computer monitor from Amazon on August 1 last year. Just two months after the purchase, the screen frequently went black when connected to the computer, interfering with my normal use. For instance, if the screen suddenly turned black while I was working on a document, I had to wait a few seconds before it would restore. Consequently, I contacted their customer ********************** and sent the monitor to their repair center. However, not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also caused additional damage to my screen: 1) They bent the power plug. 2) A soft plastic part behind the screen was lost. 3) There is suspected structural damage to the frame, evidenced by gaps of varying sizes between the lower frame and the screen itself. After reporting this to their customer **********************, they asked me to send it back to their repair center, where I waited nearly 20 days. During this time, I informed their customer ********************** about the problems caused by their repair center. ASUS customer ********************** repeatedly assured me that they would contact the repair center for repairs. Yet, the screen returned from the repair center completely unrepaired, with the existing damage untouched, and it appeared as though they had never opened the package I sent. When I contacted them to request a return, they refused and did not acknowledge the ************************* Warranty Act.

Purchased their Zenwifi Pro ET12 router mesh system - what a load of crap! I've had to reset it at least 4 different times in the 8 months that I've owned it. It kept dropping my internet connection. Then one of the nodes just kept rebooting on a loop and I haven't been able to get it to stop! The ABSOLUTE WORST product and so expensive, too! Support is non-existent. I've grown to despise ASUS from the hours of frustration troubleshooting this router!

I purchased an ASUS Laptop back in July of 2023. In August I cracked the screen by trying to close it with something on the keyboard. I contacted ASUS Support about a repair. They wanted me to pay $85 for an assessment and get a repair quote. I asked if I could order the replacement screen as I could replace it. I was told no. After back and forth they sent me info on their Resellers and told me I could buy replacement parts through these authorized resellers. I went to each of their sites and the screen was not in stock so I added my email for notification when it was in stock. 6 months later checking each month and they had none in stock. Finally one of the authorized resellers told me they had no dates scheduled for **** to receive the screens as apparently, they are rare and hard to come by. I contacted ASUS Support again in January of **** and explained this to them. I was again told I had to pay $85 upfront and send it in before they could tell me if they even had the screens in stock or what the cost was to replace a screen. I don't want to pay $85 and then have them say they don't have the screen in stock so I am stuck with a dead laptop for 6 months with no other solution from ASUS to address this. It is either pay them with no guarantee they can even do anything, or throw it in the trash and buy from a different manufacturer.

Bought a ROG Strix G10 Gaming Desktop and at first it seemed to work great. The only thing I noticed was the fan sounded really loud when it would kick in as it caused the desk to vibrate. I just ignored it and after two months of usage the video display would go black. Had it sent off to ASUS for repair and they replaced the motherboard. It worked for a while then the fan stopped working and needed to be replaced. Some more time passed, then the machine started turning off randomly. Then one day it just wouldn't come on at all. Come to find out the power supply needed to be replaced. After getting the power supply replaced it worked fine for period of time just fine, then started freezing / locking up. From the errors on the machine, it seems the ASUS motherboard is causing the locking up. In a year timeframe, replaced motherboard, fan, power supply and now will need to replace the motherboard again but now it's out of warranty. I will begin looking to replace the motherboard with a non-ASUS brand and hope for better results.
