I sent my laptop for repairing . It was supposed to receive it within 7 to 10 business days. Its been around one month that I havent received it. I contacted their customer ********************** four times explaining the sensitivity of time and how this situation has negative impact on my work but it seems my contact had zero effect. I am extremely disappointed by their service.

Received desktop computer with half of the *** dead on arrival. Setting up took several hours, and they refused to just replace the faulty component, and instead insisted I return the entire computer, which would have ***** many lost hours for a $50 component. Their CSR was a poor communicator and disinterested in finding a resolution that respected my time. Bestbuy was no better. I now will purchase a replacement for the faulty component out of my own pocket. This is clearly what they hope will happen. Last ASUS product I'll buy.

Asus is defrauding consumers by selling computers for which it does not make replacement batteries available and hides the fact that battery life is about 18 months. As a result my computer is dead and I thought Asus is a good business practice company like HP. **** and *******

Contacted customer support about a router setup that does not work...none of the "AImesh" from ASUS works well. Got told a bunch of BS, saved the text. wrote a 1 star review for ASUS, and this was the reply. "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" Bottom line, they will not list any bad reviews. BEWARE. This was in response to a saved chat where a promise was made, but not kept. Here is the gist, "This extender crapped out on me. Contacted tech support, was told " 17:27:14 _ . A replacement unit will be sent to you so that you can send back the defective unit. An amount authorized by you will be retained to warranty the replacement unit. Once you receive the replacement unit you will be able to send the defective unit for ************ the unit is repaired or the replacement unit is permanently left with you, you will be refunded the amount withheld. You will also be kept up to date on the situation via email ******. Is this okay with you?" I call you on the *** Total lies. Still waiting...DO NOT waste your money on this, bad product and even worse support". Still waiting 1 week later, lies, lies, lies!

Don't buy an ASUS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************. I paid $700 for a desktop. Used it one time and the screen turned blue. No troubleshooting worked. I had to purchase a shipping label $40. Sent in by ****** When the company received the unit had damage front and back! I was sent a bill for $160. So far I am out $740 now they want $160! They sent it back to me completely wrecked! Brand new computer! What a waste of time and money. Stay away from this company

I used the same ASUS laptop for 4 years and never had an issue, then when I went and ordered their newest generation(Zenbook pro) I have had nothing but issues. The first Zenbook pro's mousepad never worked so I returned it, then the second Zenbook pro's mouse pad stopped working within 3 days(and it's not like I damaged them, I took them out of the box, and set them up on my desk). Their customer support staff are helpful but it takes an extremely long time to get though to them and to eventually get your laptop sent in for repairs. I got my first Zenbook pro in June and still am without a laptop to use for my work(it's well over a month later with no responce on when the repairs will be done )

ASUS sells refurbished monitors with a limited warranty at near full price. The monitor in quesiton retails for about $2000. The monitor started to go bad after 7 months. ASUS's offer after I spent $300 to ship them the monitor for repair after which they informed me I could pay full price for another refurbished monitor because they didn't have the parts to repair it. ASUS shifts the risk on refurbished units of known bad monitors to its customers to sell a bad monitor twice.

Purchased through the Asus storefront on Amazon for with a 3-year protection plan in mid-March 2023.The product was received; new, original box, stand, cable, and operating as expected. Sixteen calendar days later, connectivity through the ***** port stopped working. After troubleshooting and calls with tech support, they determined that the product would need to be sent to the Repair Center. The product had no physical damage upon drop-off at ******Two weeks later, Asus sent an invoice via email, indicating that the product was damaged upon receipt and costs of damage were not covered by the warranty. After going through the claims process to dispute the charges, 14 business days later, Asus denied the claim, I was responsible for the cost of repairs for the in-transit damages. I was instructed to contact *********** of the **** and a rep. was assigned my case. Th rep. ****** the charges and repairs would be completed. Ten calendar days later, I received delivery, both package and product were damaged. Asus requested that the product be sent back for repairs after they filed a claim with ****** I expressed concerns throughout and began inquiring about a refund. The rep. stated that all possibilities had been reviewed and the only option was to send for repairs. I brought the package to ***** for shipment. Again, I requested a status update regarding the repairs, received the invoice, and went through the claims process to dispute the charges, in early June. Seven days later, another rep. was assigned to the case. The monitor arrived, and while some minor exterior damage, the screen was left undamaged. I tried using ***** connectivity, the monitor once again showed no signal. The monitor continues to report no signal for all available ports tried and I am back to square one.My case is still unresolved and customer support is not interested in providing their users products that work or resolutions to better the situation. Do not trust this business.

The warranty process for this company is a complete scam and explicitly fraudulent. I bought a motherboard and had nothing but issues from day one. They claimed it contained the latest BIOS to recognize 13th gen *****, however it would not post. I had to immediately flash the ***** Once I got the system running, I consistently had Windows errors even after a fresh install. As time went on, my system would crash while performing normal tasks. I had BSOD errors at least several times a week. I made multiple calls to ASUS and received virtually no resolution. I discovered they established a specific 800 number for this exact model. I found in the forums this version has known problems with the M2 slot which is what I was using. I did the following; reseated all components, MEM Test, CPU, GPU Stress test, all items passed flawlessly. I called ASUS again and they said it sounds like the M2 slot is faulty and needs to be replaced RMA **********. I sent the motherboard back and received notification. Two days later they sent me an email with an invoice stating there was a drop of thermal paste around the processor slot and it is considered damaged and voids my warranty. They claimed the processor slot had a bent pin, but for ***** their pins are UNDER the motherboard. Thermal paste is NOT a conductor due to its inherent design, therefore a small drop is not going to cause an issue. Their intentions are using unrelated items to avoid responsibility for building faulty products. I have spoken to a few friends of mine and they advised ASUS has done similar things to them and it is a common scam by them. The problem was not the processor, but the M2 slot which is a known issue and prompted them to establish a hotline. This behavior is beyond dodgy but out right deviant. Save your money, time and headaches and do business with a more reputable outfit.

I called customer ********************** and waited 2 hours, no one answered! I finally achieved to chat with RMA service and paid $200 for diagnostics. They said they need to replace the motherboard which costs $2500. This was the price for a new laptop so I refused. This is total a bad customer **********************. After my ******************** application updated, I started have problems with the laptop. Probably they are breaking the computers remotely to sell $2000 motherboard. If you have asus delete my asus application right now. I will never buy an Asus anymore. Scammers. They are selling $100 worth motherboard for $2000. What a rip off.
