  ******** was professional and experienced and very determined to figure out what was going on with our air conditioning unit. He was polite and funny too! After he had fixed our air conditioning unit he stayed a while afterwards making sure all was working properly. Thank you ********!

  The service technician was terrific. He fixed the issue right away.The only negative thing about the experience was trying to get ahold of the office staff to schedule an appointment. They advertise 24/7 help but I kept getting an automated answering service and no one ever returned the call. I had to continuously call until I eventually reached a person.

  We had a mixed bag with ****. On our first scheduled HVAC maintenance, the technician did not show up and we were not notified until we called Lees that there was an issue. I can understand that emergencies, especially in the summertime take priority. However, getting some notification would have been useful. On the second scheduled visit, our technician was late; however, he was personable and professional. It was over 100 degrees and the work on our rooftop unit had to be under horrendous heat conditions. The technician left a hose coupled to the faucet. I called **** and was told that the warehouse would be contacting me soon. There has been no contact yet.

  ********************* serviced our AC unit last week. It was our first time to have Lees services. ***** was very personable, professional and efficient during our service. From the moment he offered to put shoe covers on before entering our home to the end of the service discussing and showing us pictures he took, he was quite knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and we bought a maintenance plan the same day.

  ****** was very congenial and professional. He called to let us know he would be here in about 30 minutes and was prompt. He listened to my concerns about a loosening bolt that we had previously had trouble with. He did the tuneup in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the bolt as well. We are very happy with **** Service and will be having them back in the fall for the furnace check
