**** arrived on time and was very cordial. He listen to my little story on the issues I was having with the system after I made the appointment for my regular service appointment. He explained how the cooling works. I did understand that with our very hot days it runs more often. He explained about some areas that could be changed like air flow around the air conditioner and we talked about attic installation. I received his quote and will read it over in the next few days. He was the best !

The ** just quit working for no apparent reason. ***************** did a thorough job of ruling out all possibilities. He then did some research and discovered it was a thermostat software update issue which he was able to resolve. He stayed until the ** system was working properly. All team members were super great. They provided efficient and effective customer **********************. I was without A/C in one day and the next day I called Lees for service. And, bomb! They came out that same day. *****. But, after the tech did his diagnosis, I was told that my A/C wasnt repairable, too old (20 years) and probably wouldnt be able to get the parts anymore. So I opt to get a new A/C unit, more efficient. They were able to approve me for a new unit and install it that same day. Thank goodness, the temp was 106. The team was very friendly, helpful and continued to work endlessly until the installation was complete. I thought for sure that Id have to go without A/C for another day or two. I love the quick service, friendly and helpful customer **********************. I will surely recommend **** to my friends. **** is now Im my contact listing.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
