I was very pleased with the performance of all your team. The only thing that shadow was that the fan did not work and I got my air conditioner working four days later. Hopefully it works 100% in the near future **** and **** the technicians that put my system in were great specially when the temperature was extremely dangers in the attic kudos to them, and the only thing that in my mind was the costLee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

The service **** ****** was fantastic. We've used ***** for so many jobs now we have them on speed dial! They were great as usual and Ocean had been our rep once before and she was wonderful once again. She walked through every step with me and and communicated everything and I will be a life-long customer of *****. Arrived early, which was wonderful, Was very polite in asking questions and receiving answers and vise versa, ****** then went on to check the furnise and filters, then went onto the air conditioner, said it was running in good condition, but did point out some things that *** be needed in this next year, no pressure to do it now. Very personable and took care of everything in a timely manner.. They changed me $600+ to install a $100 part in 15 min. They refuse to give an itemized bill. I will never use them again and would advise anyone considering to do the same. The economy is bad we shouldnt be way overcharged just because we are not knowledgeable about ac and heating.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

Fast response - same day! As to be expected our air went out at the peak of the heat in the middle of the day. Called at 2:30 and our technician was there by 5pm. I expected to get an estimate and then scheduled for repairs another day but it was up and running within the hour. Our tech was great and got us taken care of.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
