Reposting because my review from March 9th somehow got deletedNEVER call these guys!!!! Total scam artists!! I had **** come out because cold air was blowing out when I turned the heat on in my house. The first tech came out and said I needed to $7,000-$9,000 in repairs because there was a safety code registering and they wouldnt be able to fix it without rebuilding a portion of the unit but wanted his boss to come out to check it out. His boss came out and said it was better that I just replaced my unit and quoted me $26,000. Then he said my other unit was old and should be replaced too and quoted me $47,000 for both units. Said if I gave him the green light he would have 5 guys at the house the next morning and theyd get the job done. I called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and they came to the house and within 2 mins they identified that it was a wiring issue with the thermostat and fixed the problem for $100. **** never even took the thermostat off the wall to check the wiring. One of the first questions the tech asked me was if I had a home warranty or not because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.

Up until now I have thought Lees Air was high quality customer ***********************, reasonable prices, and friendly technicians. However, resent quotes have left me wondering about their prices. Our AC unit, that they installed, is only 2 years old and we are already having issues. They absolutely came out immediately considering summer is right around the corner. I am thankful. However, we should be under warranty but apparently only the part is covered. They are charging us $4,000 for labor to add freon to our unit. Something is not computing. They got the one star for being available but thats it. I wouldnt recommend their services anymore. I am highly disappointed in their warranty and the ridiculous amount for labor. I will be seeking a new AC company. I may be wrong in this but $4,000 for labor.wow, just wow!!Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
