********* arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and correct the problem with our heater. He also ordered a new part to permanently correct the problem. He was very friendly.

Called ***** last week for heating Inspection and tune-up through the flyer they sent. I was able to make an appt the following day with ****, the technician. He was very punctual, professional, and answered all our questions. Inspection report, pictures of our system, and recommendation was emailed to us right away. He recommended repairs due to wear and tear or to replace the system at our discretion. I asked for a new unit's estimate and ****** in sales came the following day. He was also punctual, professional and knowledgeable of the products from their company. I would recommend *****! For the **** repair or new unit, we are still deciding which direction to pursue.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

I have no issue with **** employees. I have no reason to object to their competency. I assume they are trained to follow **** policies and procedures. My objection is to their methods of sales and service. My heating and air conditioning were 25 years old as is my house. I was faced with needing to replace the system. I decided to upgrade to a heat pump system as it runs on electricity and I have solar. They sold me the system which would handle the heating and air conditioning of my home. Six months later, after spending $$$$$ for the system, they came out to inspect the system and change the filters. At that time they cautioned me that my ductwork was not adequate to handle the pressure and could result in damage to my system. They were certainly aware of this when they originally inspected my old system. They will upgrade the ductwork for another $$$$$. Oh, really! I was not advised of this at the time of sale, and of course I would have sought other alternatives. I will now. Be very cautious of what you may experience when dealing with ****.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating
