****** was very knowledgeable found the problem with heater right away. The only problem was the part was out of stock from the supply houses and it took 2 weeks to get the part. That meant we spend 2 weeks in the house with only 2 electric heaters we adapted and after 2 weeks the part arrived a and ****** replaced the part and the heater was fixed.

During the course of an semi-annual inspection, an alert team noticed signs of wear & called ***************************. He came yet that afternoon, inspected A/C & ductwork in the attic and determined that the *************************** fragile condition at best & would likely compromise the life of the A/C. He also confirmed with photos & patiently explained options. He told me they would need 2 days for the job. I admit, I was skeptical, but **** delivered! Next the team (*******) was here measuring inside (vents etc) and determining attic layout etc for ************************** The next day **** deliver portable heaters for use during demo & install. Demo/install team(*****) arrived & completed tear-out. By the end of the 2nd day, the new **************** were installed. As promised, the crew cleaned up & hauled debris away. I cant say enough about the professionalism & incredible teamwork and work ethic & I saw from the entire *** ************** on this job. Bravo!Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

************** and their technicians and schedulers are awesome. I needed a *** HUAC unit installed. One day to go over info and estimates with ******....and he schedued the install for the very next day! The installation team was outstanding and finished the job a few hours ahead of estimated time. **** followed up to make sure my thermostat was working and easily explained how to use and set it...along with some tips about the settings.
