Our AC wasnt doing what it was supposed to be doing - ******** sent out *********************** to us today ! Great Customer **********************- was on time time and quickly assessed our issues . We had a 1-3 pm appointment, **** called and was at our house by 1:15 pm . Less then an hour later we were fixed and he was on his way ! Excellent Service ! Called scheduled and got 1 to 3 window.***** called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived early, diagnosised the problem explained everything.**** and got the part.Installed, fixed the. problem.Took pictures of everything he did and explained everything to us.Very Professional and Polite! I was given a 3-5 appointment window, but the operator informed me that I would get a call if they could come earlier. That sounded promising for quick service.At 4:23, I got a call from our service technician, ****, that they would be coming in something like ***** minutes. That was disappointing because I had been officially waiting around since three. But, it was still within the quoted window.The technicians arrived around 5:20/5:25, which was past the time **** had told me, as well as the window quoted.Upon arrival, **** said that he already knew what the issue was and asked to see the drain clean out. He asked me to show where this was and explained it would be in the backyard. I asked if he was sure because I know we have a clean out in the front yard. He confirmed that I was correct on the placement of the clean out and explained, without coming in the house, and before looking at the clean out, I would need to get it snaked. He also backtracked and referenced grease as the problem, before repeating that it was a whole house issue.**** was also coughing during our conversation, which made me uncomfortable with COVID currently resurgent in the area.I am relieved that the technicians did not come into my mom's house coughing (I had thought about asking if just the non-cougher could come in), but I just wasted a lot of time and money for a very quick conversation.As it is, I paid an extra charge for a plumber to come out on Sunday and wasted a lot of time and money with no real assessment or service rendered. I paid over $100 for the techs to come out, not look in the house, and chat for just a few minutes. After talking with my mom, I realized that I should not have paid when no services were rendered. (I'm on the autism spectrum and my mom says I'm very trusting).Because no services were rendered, I am asking that the money be returned to my bank account.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

- Refrained from telling my daughter that because of what she explained on the phone that the price would be 500 dollars to snake the drain. Said a serviceman had to come out to talk about it. - **** came 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment window had closed. - Coughed while talking to my daughter in front yard - Talk was very short. Consisted of **** second guessing where the clean out was, and what might be the problem. - Before assessing anything said it would cost ******. ( why didnt they tell us this on the phone if he knew without looking?) -Glanced quickly at clean out and said that yes it needed to be snaked almost as though to justify the ****** demand. - Because we are unable to pay such an exorbitant price my daughter said, No. and paid them for coming out. So basically my poor dear daughter who is on the Autistic spectrum gave away 118 dollars that we cant afford to a company who wasted our time , did no real evaluation and made her cry. - No invoice was given to her but rather a promise that they would send it to her email. I believe that she was taken advantage of. I am not asking for a refund but rather a return of the funds taken. As there was no realm assessment, consultation or services rendered. If they feel the need to be reimbursed for quoting a price that could have been done on the phone, because of the time they spent coming late to our home ( when again.. if theyre not going to assess anything then just tell us on the phone) then additionally I would like to be reimbursed for the time they kept us waiting, the time my daughter wasted talking to him, and the time *** wasted having to call them. While I understand that I will not be reimbursed for my time.. I do expect that they return the funds which I believe were wrongly taken. They made my daughter cry.
