  Price estimate of $1,900.00 to install a simple water filter is ridiculous.

  Hello M**, thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us an opportunity to improve our services. We apologize for the lack of value in the proposal regarding the installation of a new water filter. Reviewing the scope of work it looks like we had to replumb the water system to ensure the filtration was installed correctly and up to code. We got our operations manager involved and he will be contacting you to make things right.
