I have spent the last 20 minutes attempting to get past an automated system that will not allow you to speak to a human in regards to a missing package that states it should’ve been delivered Dec 9. Website shows package arriving at facility Dec 8 & then NOTHING!! RIDICULOUS!

The pricing and the shipping time frames are not correct on the website! Typed in all the information, package weighed 9lbs. 16x13x 7 inches - 2-day ground- $15.83, get to the store, 2-day ground wont get there for a week. 2-day air $53.63, still not guaranteed to be there by Friday and its MONDAY!

I would give zero stars if I could!
I live in an apartment complex with 10 floors! I put my apartment number on the delivery, so my delivery would come to my apartment not the "front door". At my apartment complex, we have an office...where staff were present at the time of the "pretend" delivery. The apartment complex also has a callbox! Furthermore, the progress stated delivered, but how when someone was at my apartment to receive the package?! At UPS you can never receive a live agent. Costumer Support, is non-existent and a waste of any human beings time, it is the solution to no answers! The website to file a claim sends you in circles. Even after you create an account and went through with the claim. This business makes me not want to order anything if they have to deliver!

UPS is ridiculous! I requested a pick-up of a 40lb item because it would not fit in my car. I happened to see the truck pull up, the driver gets out, puts the label on my door and immediately starts to walk away. Doesn't knock or ring the doorbell. I opened the door and was like.. can you not take this? then he scurried back and tried to cover it up. He clearly didn't want to do his job today.

UPS are the worst. They expect that everyone has a nuclear family with a little wife sitting at home just waiting for packages, they dont consider people who work and arent home. They are ableist and dont consider the handicapped that order delivery because they cant go pick things up for themselves, or people who have no car and are ordering delivery for a reason, to be delivered to our homes because we cant go pick it up! Why cant they just leave a package at the door like fedex and usps and everyone else? Oh because they want to hold it hostage and charge you an additional $10 to have it redelivered or actually delivered on a day you are home. UPS arent a delivery service they are a package hostage scam.

Had an iPhone delivered that required a signature. Meaning I am expecting a knock at the door or a ring on the doorbell. At 2:30 my front door camera goes off and I see the ups carrier dropping my package at the door and walking away. They did not get a signature. When I called UPS they stated the package was signed for by me. I’m asking for a picture of the signature giving because I or anybody else did not sign. I have video proof of the carrier dropping my package on the porch and walking away. That’s ridiculous considering package was $1k that should have been signed for.

Wrong delivery, notification of UPS difficult. Impossible to report over their customer service phone number.
Online report yielded promise that package would be picked up the following day and taken to correct address. Delivery person never showed up. Finally, I made three attempts to find the owner of the package by going to his home address and calling his work phone.
I am elderly and this ordeal took away my valuable time, better spent on household management and preparation for the harsh New England winter. UPS has a moral obligation to expand their customer service phone number and train their employees better. Terrible service!

On October 13th I placed an order with a company and paid for 1 day air delivery. ($30). The company sent out the package from Thursday and due to mechanical reasons on UPS part my package was delayed. I contacted UPS that claimed that they will have my package delivered the next day. They finally updated the info at 6:43 am on 10/15/2022 stating that they will have the package delivered today. However the driver lied stating he could not deliver my package because no one was here. Really? Been waiting at my door for the past 3 hours and no UPS truck or driver came so I guess I was invisible.
I decided to call UPS which I spoke to 3 different representatives who told me that they will escalate my call and have someone from the Deerfield Beach office give me a call which I never received. I finally called back and spoke with another representative who informed me that there was no way I would have gotten back a call from the Deerfield Beach office because that office is closed on the weekend. I then asked for a manager who when she came on the phone was very rude and would not admit that the policy clearly states if a driver attempts the package and no one was not home (WHICH I WAS) they should leave an info notice. No info notice was there because clearly the driver did not come. I just need for UPS to give the customer service that is of quality and not mediocre. I’m tired of their lack of urgency and incompetence.
