    I am waiting for a package. It is coming via UPS and I have the App so was expecting it two days ago. Little did I know, UPS was going to hand off the package to USPS, where having a tracking number is absolutely useless because they tend to bring things if they feel like it, and if they don't happen to lose it. To avoid them handing anything to the postal service, I can pay a monthly fee. It really feels like the old 1920s protection racket. If you want your package safe, pay twice.

    Tracking says severe weather delay but there is no alert on the website and weather where the package is tracking shows warm and clear. Looking around shows this is typical of ups to avoid responsibility for their own mistakes and delays. Delays can be understood but the shady dishonesty is disgusting. I would never willingly use them after this. Package still has not arrived.

    Hello Ma’am or Sir I am writing this complaint about UPS because I am hating the way some of their drivers are doing deliveries to my place. I am disabled and it’s hard for me to be move around on my own like I use to. Because I have chronic rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. I have had my packages put by other people door because the UPS driver didn’t want to come up the stairs to my door I guess because of the heaviest of the package. So now this package that I am writing about today was my Drive ********* Medical NITRO Euro Style Walker R****** - Red the put it at someone else door and didn’t even take a picture showing it was delivered. And the representatives we talked kept on saying that we had contact the seller. I am really beyond hurt because if the UPS drivers doesn’t want to do their job right why work.

    UPS never contacted me to tell me that they were holding an incoming package at customs. After calling 3 separate times, they connected me with the warehouse and I was able to provide my tax ID to get the package cleared. They then charged me over $200 in bogus brokerage fees. They didn’t even broker anything, as I still had to call and provide information myself.

    Continually late or delayed deliveries no matter where shipping from/to with no reimbursement for paying extra for overnight or 2 day shipping. have had this problem for a few months now with company blaming weather every time. Company has never tried to make with me over any of my late shipments, I have written complaints to complaint department but no way to leave information for them to contact me back

    Awful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced- destroyed my package and I submitted a claim and it was approved and they never refunded me the money. I’ve called 1000x and nobody will ever give me answers they just transfer me to “someone who can help” and never do

    I had shipped an item with UPS and a UPS worker stole my item. How do I know this? Because I contacted them and they stated that the box was found but no item was inside. That is unacceptable. You guys are hiring crooks? To make things worse, I filed a claim to get compensated for my item and they keep telling me that they have sent me a check. It’s been 1.5 months and every time I call they keep saying more excuses as how they blame the other reps for not sending out the check. Most recently they told me it was sent to the wrong address. Are you kidding me? UPS should be banned from the US.

    Hands down the worst shipping company. They continue to deliver packages to my neighbor's house and you cant call to speak to anyone. do yourself a favor and use USPS or FedEx.
