    I ordered tote bags that were advertised as 20W x 15H x 5 D, however, I measured them myself and they're only 19 inches wide. I requested a partial refund, and they refused, telling me that "We are able to catch all major defects which are visible stains, size, fabric differences, etc. Unfortunately, there is no way for our QC team to determine these minor issues and that is the reason they are accepted and in our tolerances," even though I sent them photos of a ruler against the tote bag that clearly shows the faulty dimensions.

    Was searching online for a reasonably priced tote with a little extra to justify what I will have to charge for an embroidered logo. Ordered & paid for a heavy canvas zipper tote with inside zipper (didn't realize they would send me a free sample). Product arrived quickly and while it wasn't quite as heavy a canvas as I anticipated, it will work fine for our purposes.

    I have yet to use the product but they seem quite sturdy despite the quality being slightly lower than I anticipated. shipped fast and overall seems like a great company, will hopefully buy more in the future and test the different options

    Always receive quality products and great customer service. Ites shopped quickly. I have hand painted many pictures on your canvas bags and they are a big hit with the people who want a unique bag for the beach or shopping. Canvas bags hold up well, I have some bags that I have used for over five years
