      On 3/13/2025 I was scheduled at 2pm to take the *** exam. I logged in at 150pm to start the verification process. This is the 4th exam I have taken with PSI using the same labtop and internet connection. I had to reinstall the software twice. It kicked me out for no known reason twice. The first time I made it to a ******* they said hello than stopped talking. I logged out. The second time I reached a ******* they said they could not read my ID. They had me hold up my ID for a full 5 minutes, no joke. Than the ******* said I would need to log out and take a snap shot with my cell phone. I followed that proctors directions. When I went to log back in the system said It was past the 30 minutes sign on time so I was counted absent. I obviously was not absent and their ******* logs prove it. Despite their ******* telling me to log out they are refusing to allow me to test again without paying.

      To get veterans preference points added to my Georgia Salesperson state exam score. *** has you mail the original score sheet with a copy of your DD-214 and a copy of my disability percentage to them. I sent it certified mail to ***********************************************************************************. **** states they received on 3/4/2025 at 11:51am. I contacted PSI at ************* in which was a call center in which was hard to understand what they were saying. Basically they said they would send me a confirmation, then they said they werent. It was lost in translation. Now my personal information is in their hands to do the right thing, The confirmation number for PSI is J126922939. Once they receive your information via mail there is no tracking accountability to verify. You cant contact the above listed address because the phone number is not given out and not listed.

      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Location Availability with PSI Exams Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against PSI Exams due to their unprofessional handling of their exam scheduling process. I encountered an issue while attempting to schedule my exam, where the system clearly shows that alternative test locations are available, yet I am unable to select a different location.Despite multiple attempts and reassurance from the system that other locations are available, PSI Exams has failed to provide me with the ability to choose a more convenient or suitable location. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I am unable to proceed with the exam at a location that better aligns with my schedule and circumstances.The lack of responsiveness and flexibility in resolving this issue is unacceptable, and I feel that PSI Exams is not prioritizing customer satisfaction or professionalism. As a result, I am left feeling unsupported and dissatisfied with their service.I am requesting that PSI Exams promptly address this issue, allow me to select an appropriate location, and provide an explanation of why the system is malfunctioning.       Purchased a study pack for residential general contractor January 2025. The access code was delayed and once i did receive the material it contained commercial General contractor information and not residential. I called in on Feb 11th and informed *** they had provided the wrong information and they promised to have their supplier Memorang resolve the issue. As of today no one has called or tried to resolve this issue.

      While taking an online proctored exam I had a sick child talk with his mother in another room, I didn't respond or change my test taking in anyway, and obviously the very brief words were not about my examination at all, but I was booted out of the exam nonetheless. The ******* wrote that I violated the rules and was immediately shut out with no way of replying back to him/her. I called, spoke with a live agent and was told to contact back with 2-5 days after they reviewed the recording. I fully expect when they listen to the recording/video they will see that I did not violate any of the rules. In the meantime, I spent 62 hours studying for this exam and if I am rescheduled, I would have to devote a significant amount of time to get back to where I was at test time. Attached are the online proctored exam rules. In these rules you will see rule # 3 says that no communication is allowed, I did not communicate or change my testing at all.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      On 2/27/2025, at 3:00 pm, after waiting the "2-5" business days the business required, I attempted to contact PSI by phone. First time I called, the ******** argued with me about their rules and the call was terminated (I believe she hung up on me) while she was researching their written policies. On the second phone call, I requested a supervisor and was denied speaking with anyone other than that ********. I again provided my contact information and explained the situation. The person I spoke with this time looked in the records and told me they did not have records of the investigation they conducted. I had previously been told that if I waited the required time, that I would be provided evidence showing my alleged policy violation. The ******** said they did not have the evidence and suggested that I should call back in 2-5 business days. I requested to speak with a supervisor since they were still unable to help me. I waited on hold for many minutes and then my phone call was terminated again (assumed hung up on me). I called back a third time that day and spoke with yet another ********. This person told me he had my information, and he apologized profusely for the phone calls being terminated. He said they were having "technical issues" with their phone system and the phone calls were not intentionally dropped. The ******** said the "superior" was busy, but I should receive a call back within the next 30 minutes to one hour. The same time I was on the phone with the third ********* I received an email from the second ******** who apologized for the dropped call. Please see the screen shot attachment. It is not 2/28/2025, at 2:00 pm and I have not received a telephone call or any additional communications from *************** Needless to say, my issue has not been resolved.  In the meantime, I am also making a formal complaint with the ***********************************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was never provided the evidence that I requested and was promised, I followed their directions yet had to contact the company five different times to get any help. They dropped my call on two occasions (hung up on me) and I never received the call back from the supervisor that I was promised. In all, I spent about 10 hours on hold and drafting various emails and written complaints. Also, to take the new exam they have scheduled for me, I will have to devote more time to study. 

      What bothers me most about this entire situation is that I did not violate any rules, I asked them to show me the rules or the alleged violation and they instead avoid me, transfer and differ all responsibility to someone else. Although I will take the test again, due to the amount of additional time and hardship I have endured over this process, I am not satisfied and insist on a full refund of my payment in addition to the scheduled re-test.

      I am filing a formal complaint against *** Exam due to their faulty exam system, lack of customer support, and unfair refund policy regarding my scheduled California Life, Accident and Health or Sickness Examination on February 9th at 9:30 PM.Issue Details:Technical Failure of *** Software:I logged into the system at 9:00 PM, 30 minutes before my scheduled exam.I followed the instructions to download and install the *** software, but after installation, the system remained stuck on the loading screen.I restarted my computer three times, but the issue persisted.Inability to Contact Technical Support:I clicked on Contact Us on the *** exam website and found only an email address, with no phone number listed. I sent an email immediately.I checked the Test Instructions video, which vaguely stated that support was available 24/7 but failed to provide any actual contact information.I then searched online for a *** support phone number and called, only to be told that it was outside service hours.I spent from 9:00 to 9:45 PM desperately trying to reach someone and troubleshooting the issue, but I was left completely stranded with no support.Proof That My Computer Was Fully Compatible:I ran ***s Online Proctoring Compatibility Check, and it confirmed that my computer was fully compatible. This means the issue was on ***s end, not mine.I later checked my computer logs, which also confirmed that the issue was caused by ***s faulty software.Unfair Refund and Rebooking Policy:The next morning, I finally received a late response from *** customer support, instructing me to call their technical team.When I called, I was transferred to another customer ********************** representative who refused to reschedule my exam unless I paid $98 again.I explained the situation and even provided logs proving the software failure, but they wrongly blamed my computer and refused a refund.

      On 1/25/25 I passed my exam and I paid $210 for this *********** Exam. They have failed to report my scores to the **** My friend took her exam at the same location and same exact test center a week after mine on 2/5/25 and her scores were reported correctly! shes already able to apply for her license. However, I am still not able to apply for my license because they fail to provide my test results to the **** PSI has been horrible to Work with through customer ********************** and I have yet to have my results resent to the **** I have reached out to the *** and they have requested for *** to resend my results but I cant guarantee that PSI will follow up. I am wanting to complain because for a testing center that deals with licensing and charges a a fee, they dont make it easy to get problems resolved when its their fault. I dont know what else to do but make this formal complaint. Im losing time and money the longer they prolong this process.

      I would like *** to review my test and all documents submitted so I can be approved and able to proceed with my testing. I can not move forward until they approve me to take the next steps. They have had my application for 2 months which should be reviewed and processed within 10 days and every time I call they keep saying they don't have a number for the exam department and will send an email and will get back to me in 2 to 5 business days which has been going on since I submitted my application in November. When I first submitted they declined saying that they didn't have all the information of my backflow certification but their application process does not have a space that allows to upload the information. So i have sent separate emails to where PSI instructed me and still no updates. I have to complete this test in order to get my next license for work and I have all my documentation; however psi has left my application on review and no further follow up. They need to update the application to allow you to upload all you documents when first applying and they need to make it so you can speak with the person reviewing your application to resolve anything so you dont have to keep calling back to representatives who can not assist you.

      We are trying to reschedule our sons Colorado ****** theory exam through PSI but the registration is blocked from a prior exam which was unfairly terminated. We have now received approval from testing accommodations from *** for our son but cannot reschedule the test. We have been calling since 1/17 and every time we are told the issue is being escalated to their IT department and we will hear back in 2-5 days. It has been almost 3 weeks now and no response. This is blocking our sons ability to be licensed as a ****** and pursue his chosen career.
