I am trying to schedule my exam. I had an appointment scheduled for July 31st at 7:00AM at PSI's College Park, MD testing site. The place was closed. I called them the next morning to reschedule my appointment and was told that they will need to confirm what happened on that date before I can reschedule my exam. I was given a 3-5 day timeline on August 1st. It's been 12 days and I haven't received one response. I've called for updates the entire week. This is an issue.

I've been having an open dialog with PSI regarding the proctoring of a certification exam. I spoke with them, have emailed them back and forth. Everything has been documented. I gave them the proper documentation of my disabilities and what I needed. Well, I was granted 1 of 2 accommodations. The second one has not been worked out. I cannot and have told them several times I cannot take a test in a testing station even with barriers around me and earplugs. I have a visual disability and can easily become distracted. I asked for a private room to take the test and they have not responded at all to the days that I suggested. I have been granted an extension through September for this exam. I am very disappointed in how I've been treated due to my disabilities throughout this entire ordeal.

. I've scheduled 3 test with PSI and each time I've run into an issue with them first being a software issue on my end given the fact I'm remote testing they offered a one time curtesy for my second attempt, only issue is they did not schedule the second test on the date I asked it to be scheduled on. I spoke to them and they ran an "investigation" of some sort and they came to the conclusion that it was not an error on their end they weren't able to provide any proof to me showing that to be true. I know for a fact I asked for a specific schedule date and they were negligent. Following that attempt I needed to reschedule for another test and I had the bank refund my money as PSI would not do so I was not willing to pay another test fee for their mistakes. Currently my account is blocked until I pay the $33.00 I was refunded. Not only is my account blocked but they are conducting an investigation that is being handled through email and I'm being told it'll take 4-5 days to handle the problem. I am fed up with their customer service and lack of attention to detail and I'm not willing to continue dishing my money to them when I'm not receiving the product I'm paying for. I know this was lengthy but I'm trying to get licensed and its completely unfair that its being dictated by a money hungry company.

Called, paid for test of Water Distribution Operator grade 1 (NV).
This is the ID # they ask for regarding my claims (*********)
Been waiting over a month trying to schedule this test and get hung up on every single time I've called to get any follow up or resolution. I've been told my file doesn't exist, then they find it saying it needs to be updated. After waiting a week for any follow up I receive nothing. This test is time sensitive my job relies on me taking this test in order to advance. I have paid this company and they have robbed me of my money and time. I have attached receipts showing my transactions.
I have been told I will be contacted by a supervisor multiple times which I have not. I want my money back or an answer.

I signed up and paid to take a operator written test through psi. I then tried taking their practice test. I first tried on my iPad and then on my iPhone. It wouldn't work on those devices because they didn't have the right software. But I paid for the tests before I knew that it wasn't possible on those devices. The tests were $24.99 each. I never got to use the practice tests. So I called to get my money back and they won't issue it. How is that fair?

On 7/20/2022 at 9:05pm I scheduled to take an exam for the date of 7/29/2022. The following morning on 7/21/2022 at 10:47am because I will no longer be pursuing a career in insurance. A total of 13 hours and 42 minutes. I sent an email to PSIONLINE on 7/21/2022 at 10:51am to ask how long it would take to process refund since it had not posted yet. I received an email back on 7/23/2022 at 1:14pm saying I sent it to their disability department even though on their website it gave that email address. I resent the email to the correct address on 7/24/2022 at 11am. I get a response back on 7/24/2022 at 1:47pm "my schedule has been cancelled" and if I wanted to request a refund provide them with the details (last 4 digits of card, date it was processed, Cardholder name & expiration date). I sent back this information on 7/24/2022 at 2:03pm. Then on 7/25/2022 at 7:31pm I get a response saying "strictly advised that once payment has processed it is non-/refundable and non-transferrable" I responded back on / at 10:37am where does this state this such policy? I get a response back on 7/26/2022 at 2:22am to "kindly check my receipt that it states their PSI exam /is non-refundable and non-transferrable". I sent them back a copy of my receipt with no such verbiage on 7/26/2022 at 10:29am. Then I get a reply back on 7/26/2022 at 10:29pm asking me why I want a refund and why I do not wish to take exam anymore. Then I replied back the reason I am no longer pursuing an insurance career. Over the next 2 days I am getting responses it is non-refundable. I no longer want to go back and forth with this company. I am trying to give them a chance to refund me before I file a complaint and dispute it on my credit card.

A manager from PSI called me on 8/11/2022 at 7:33am. I forget her name (she was nice). She called to inform me of their refund policy, and they would not be giving a refund. I said thank you and I would be calling me credit card company to further look into and disconnected the call. I'll also be filing a complaint with CA Consumer Affairs for their practices. They had customer service reps ask me for my info to refund on 1 email, then tell me no refund, then ask me why I wanted a refund and then tell me their return policy on the receipt which was not. This business is too inconsistent on their message with me via email.

      Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/18) */
PSI contacted the testing candidate to provide feedback on his concern and explained the rules and policies of fees.

So,I received my email last week from PSI testing that I could go ahead and schedule my exam to take the AAMA (CMA) exam. I went to the site in the email, scheduled my appointment, but later went and cancelled because I wanted to choose another date. Apparently, if you do this, your whole registration and everything get cancelled! I absolutely did not know this!Well, to make a long story short, NOBODY "PSI OR AAMA" will tell me what I need to do. As of right now, I'm waiting to hear back from AAMA about what to do. But both companies have been giving me the run around for the last 4 days.

I have my real estate salesperson license from California and is taking Massachusetts Salesperson exam. Per MA board of realtor, I need to take both national and state portions of the exam. When I registered the MA salesperson exam, their system only allowed me to register State portion of the exam. I passed the state exam and then the nightmare started. I have been calling them almost every day asking to set up my file for national exam. Every time, I was told this is a technical issue and has been escalated and they promised they will call me back within 1-2 days but it never happened. So far, I have called them more than 10 times and talk to the supervisors 5 times. They are not professional, not competent and not honest. I am surprised that MA board choose such a terrible company to handle professional exams. Very very frustrated.

PSI is a scam. Because of the necessity of dealing with them, I have abandoned my career pivot into real estate.

Before scheduling my online affiliate broker exam for Tennessee, I confirmed that my computer passed the online test requirements. On the day of the test, however, I was met with a "PCR Error." After speaking to three different people over the course of 30 minutes, I was told that the pre-exam test requirements that I had passed were for my browser only, and my operating system was not compatible with their online testing system.

Why on God's green earth would my computer pass multiple sniff tests prior to taking the test and then fail during the actual test?

Oh yes: that's because PSI is a scam company. I hope you enjoy my $40 (and $25 that I paid for a practice test, too).

Horrible company, faulty software, atrocious policies.

If you are considering a career where you must interface with PSI before stepping into that role, please reconsider.

PSI Esamination Services for VA Real Estate. I paid for the exam a year ago, but never scheduled. (I have the receipt)
I contacted PSI on line to schedule and their system would not accept my scheduling. I contacted them in early June via phone call. I was told for me to contact the state of VA DPOR. I contacted DPOR and obtained a letter certifying that I was able to take the RE exam. (I have the letter) I filled out the forms found in PSI exam. booklet and emailed all the information to the address provided on the booklet to : ************************** I never heard anything back from them, so I called again to make an inquiry. The person indicated they didn't see my information that I had emailed and to call the school that I attended. I asked for her email so I could send the information directly to her. I sent application, receipt of previous payment, and letter from DPOR saying I was allowed to schedule the exam. She again said my credentials had expired and to contact the school. I contacted the school on July 11 and was told my credentials were fine and I had the letter from DPOR and could take the exam. I called/emailed person again twice yesterday, and was told again that my credentials had expired and to contact the school. I spoke again with a different person today 7/14/22 and told the same thing...I explained the letter and she said she couldn't access the information that I had emailed and she would send to "the back office". I've now corresponded again with VA DPOR telling them what a horrible experience this has been. PSI has hundreds of complaints, why are they still in business and the only company available to perform this service??!!
