      I took a certification exam at a psi testing center ********************** for a professional certification. The testing procedures that you have in place are good. It took 19 days to get these accommodations in place because there was major miscommunication ************ and PSI and also the emails back and forth plus the many phone calls was a lot. However, one of your employees who was a man there stated ************************************************************** The girl almost placed me with the others in the main testing center. Which would have been a mistake. I felt a little discriminated against when the man said that outloud and in the open. The room was sufficient.

      I submitted my real estate exam application to PSI in Sept 2020 and have been following them up since. I heard nothing back from them. On 8/23/2022 (2 hours ago), I was finally notified by PSI that my registration ID and my exam eligibility is going to be expired on 9/20/2022. Also they told me that State Board has approved my application in Nov 2020. I was really shock by such a short notice and confused that why and how that they only told me now. I need some time to prepare my exam. I ask for an extension on my exam eligibility timeline. I request 1 year extension.

      The "new eligibility" means PSI asked me to sit in a 40 hours course and send an new application to them again. Based on my current experience, it means I will spend another 500USD to do the course. 40 hours in the course and about 2 years waiting time to get exam eligibility. Also, I will be provided approx. 10 days time frame to pass the real estate sales person exam. My current professional hour rate is 300USD per hour. Let's do the math. It means PSI has wasted me 500USD for the course fee, 6,000USD for spending 40 hours doing the course (opportunity cost). 2 years waiting time . It excludes the stress they put on me due to the short time frame; Hours and hours I spent on calling them and communicating with them; irresponsible services I got so far. Now! They want me to do it AGAIN to get the new "eligibility". How on earth this type of company or business still exist in the United States by treating their customers or candidates like this? I have been talking to 5 people so far. In average I spent 30 mins to 1 hour on the phone. 4 said they understood my situation and would escalate my case. 2 gave me their actual names and 1 said would email me the second day. However, there are no follow-up emails or calls from them after the escalations. They are good at escalating but not good at seeing the problems caused by them and resolving the problems. They tried to tell me MA Real Estate board should notify me with my eligibility back in Nov 2020. They asked me to call the MA Real Estate board. My questions was that MA Real Estate board hired PSI to do all the communication, administration and testing work. I sent all my application to PSI according the application form. They are acting as the agent of the real estate Board. Like buying a house, we only communicate with the agent, who would have a direct communication with the principal? PSI costed financial and psychological damages. I need a fair, honest and true feedback from PSI instead of lies and BS.

      I submitted an accommodation form following the instructions on your PSI Accommodation form and emailed it to the provided email. 13 days later (the form states after four days, I would have a response), I called because my test is scheduled for the 24th. I was told I HAD to fax it (I have no access) once I explained that I emailed it to the provided email address; she said she needs to have an investigation and that I will most likely not have the accommodation for my exam. This is ridiculous and frustrating.

      On 8/19/22 I was supposed to take my Ohio life and health exam at the Akron PSI testing center. When I showed up to take the test myself and several others were informed by a PSI employee that they had no internet due to an unpaid bill and that we would not be able to test. She informed us that we would be able to reschedule in 24 hours at no charge. 24 hours later, the online dashboard was still asking for payment. I figured since it was the weekend I would have to wait until Monday. I tried to reschedule again today and was still being charged. I called PSI and after a long wait, I finally spoke with a supervisor who told me there was no record of the testing center not having internet. I fully believe PSI is scamming people out of money by making them pay to sit for a test when they don't even have internet at the testing center. I have also informed the Ohio Department of Insurance regarding this matter.

      I took the EFDA exam on April 30th,2022 and passed it the same day.And PSI supossed to update my test result with the state board so they can process my EFDA license.I was told sometimes it takes 2-4 weeks them to update. So I waited a good amount of time.But as of today,Aug22th, 2022 they haven't done anything.I had been called them countless times and what they told me is they'll escalate my result and it'll take 3-5 business days. Every time i called i get this answer but my problem didn't get sloved.I'm VERY VERY DISSAPOINTING with PSI. Without my test result, the state board couldn't give my license and i can't move forward.It has been 4months very radiculous .Please Help Me! I don't know how to deal with them.

      PSI provides testing for various companies and in this case for the Texas Department of Agriculture. I arrived at the testing site on time on July 13 and was denied taking the exam with my valid government-issued military ID. Their Candidate Information Bulletin lists a "US Government Issued Military Identification Card" as a valid form of ID, but written in the paragraph above it states "Candidates are required to bring one (1) form of valid (non-expired) signature bearing identification to the test site." Military IDs today do not have signatures although they did in the past. Attached is a copy of the policy and my Active Duty and now Retired ID. After waiting a week for them to "investigate", they didn't respond and I had to reach out to them again. They denied rescheduling me as I "should have had a military ID with a signature" and I had to pay the $128 fee again and take the exam on Aug 9th. (In case you are wondering, I did not have any other form of ID on me for the July 13 exam.) In addition, nobody at the site checked the signature of my driver's license to any other document when I took the exam Aug 9th; they just checked my name. They have a poorly written policy, unneeded requirement for a signature, poor customer service, and had no qualms just blaming me for not having the correct ID and charging me again. Is this what they do to enlisted troops getting out of the military and just trying to take an exam to get a job? Horrible.

      I took my Real estate salesperson exam on June 10th. I was off by two points. I sent in my score and my DD-214 to receive veterans preference points . I called on June 18th and was told they received my information on June 16th. I was told it would be escalated. In July , I called again. They said the same thing . It's now august. ! I'm so frustrated . I called twice last week and received a ticket. # and told I would get an email and that my issue would be resolved in 3 days . Do you think I received one ? Of course not . So I called again today . They are going in circles and apparently I can't even get in contact with the department that handles this . It's wrong .
      I'm a disabled veteran just trying to make a living for my family. PSI is hindering me and many others . I'm tired of them giving me the run around !! Completely unacceptable

      08/12/2022 - PSI was proctoring my Veterinary Technician National Exam remotely with their secure browser. My test was a timed exam of 180mins. I started my exam at 10am and had about 20mins of getting through the security check with the proctor to start the exam. Everything was going fine until I was at the end of my exam and the secure browser started freezing. I called the IT support number that I had to find because the browser was frozen and could not contact IT through the Live Chat that they told us to do if we ran into issues. I immediately started crying since I was at the end of my exam and had no easy way of getting ahold of anyone. When I finally did get ahold of someone from IT they were of no help. I was on the phone with IT 8 different times spanning from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. I also received 4 different IT tickets every time I had to call back even though the issue was the same with the secure browser freezing every time. On the last call I made I was on the phone for 43mins only to be sent to their "management dept" to reschedule my test which was unacceptable!! I was willing to go to a test centering that day and just was told NO! I was crying and so upset with having to take this HUGE test and these people did NOTHING to help me for over 3hrs! I was also told I would receive a call right back and here I am still waiting for that phone call. The last time trying to launch the test it then completed it right when it froze AGAIN. I want this test rescheduled at their expense! I have also contacted AAVSB about the pain and anguish I suffered from this company!! Something has to be done to right this horrific situation I was put into! I have all phone records, IT ticket numbers for documentation as needed for this as well as all the calls with PSI saying they recorded all phone calls.

      Yes it finished it and was not able to go back over my exam as stated in my original complaint. I was so distraught and upset from crying for over 3hrs to try and get this test to work! No one helped me at all! I want them to be responsible for the pain and suffering they put me through for over 3hrs and truly never cared to help resolve this matter! They should be responsible for scheduling my next test! No one in their right mind could have passed this test with all the pain and suffering I went through for over 3hrs as stated in my original complaint!

      Also the weak internet connection was not the problem! This was tested every time I was on the call with them especially the last call since they sent me over to the "management dept". Which I provided as documentation with the IT ticket numbers and all the phone numbers. I know these conversations were recorded and can show proof that that my internet connection was NOT weak. They had no clue what was wrong with it and why it kept freezing for 3hrs!! They are responsible for all the pain and suffering they put me through for 3hrs and absolutely should be responsible for scheduling another exam on there behalf! I also have proof as well with phone records that my fiancé even got on the phone with them at one point bc of how I was crying so bad and couldn't breathe from having a panic attack!

      I scheduled an appointment at their testing center in Wheat Ridge, CO. There was no warning of a broken air conditioner during a 100 degree day. The temperature in the testing facility was in the mid 90s for a 90minute examination, plus the temperature of 10 other people taking tests and the computers. Each time I called to complain and appeal the inhospitable testing conditions I was hung up on. Now I'm scheduling again and I do not get any options other than PSI.
