      If I could give NO stars, I would! I tried to take an online exam but my camera would not focus to prove my identity(fine). I eventually call to reschedule, only to find out that I took the wrong test! (Insurance Counselor instead of Producer). They placed all of the blame on me, even though my previous test was the correct one. It would've taken a second to verify my previous test. They refused to let me take the correct test free of charge. I purchased study materials, it took a day and a half to gain access after being bounced around to 5 different departments. When I requested to speak to a Supervisor/ Mgr. , one associate hung up on me, the other lied and said that there weren't any around. I never want to deal with this company again! We need a different company to handle such important exams!

      PSI is by far the worst testing agency I have worked with. It's been 6 months since I started having an issue with registering for the exam. Initially, they told me that they never received my course completion documents which is a false accusation as my school sent a confirmation receipt to myself and PSI. Later they informed me that they are having technical issues with their portal and it's been 6 months yet the issue still persists. On top of this, their representatives disconnect your calls in the middle of a conversation and DO NOT help you at all. I request the State of Illinois to find a different testing agency to work with for examination purposes.
