      My daughter took her cosmology exam a month ago. Still no results. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one at psi seems to know where her results. What kind of business gets away with this?!

      PSI couldn't find a file under the name and email address provided. PSI reach out to the reviewer to request for more details of the concern. We also encourage to advise the testing candidate to directly contact the PSI.

      The WORST company for any State to use to administer their exams! You register for an account and you call in but they have account for you on file. You take the exam and are suppose to get a score immediately. That didn't happen either. In fact, I was forced to take a survey and only 8 questions related to my online ******* exam and the system froze and wouldn't let me bypass *** I informed the ******* Attendant of this issue and they said you're supposed to answer all the questions even though 8 of the questions were for if I had taken the test in a test center. Then the screen advanced and got stuck again NOT showing my score at all. I called customer support and after was told I'd have to wait for an email within 24hrs for my score report. WOW the test was electronic why is it taking 24hrs to send my score. Unbelievable horrible ****************!

      This company is an absolute scam. They have blamed the state, and also my school as to why they still have not created my file so that I can register for my real estate broker test that I was told would be ready to schedule at the beginning of last week. They state has cleared my background check and finger prints and literally has no where to put them because PSI will not do their end of the process. Every time I call, they tell me to wait another three days for an escalation call, and the call never comes. I have asked for a supervisor, and all **** times that I have called, I have never been allowed to speak with one. I feel like my investment into the courses has been a complete waste of several hundred dollars due to PSI's failure to figure this out.

      I paid for a practice exam that said there were 500 questions and 12 months to access. I clicked the link for the test and took (1) 85 question test and it said I had completed the test. No longer had access. I asked for a refund. They informed me I had to contact *******. I didn't or purchase it from GMetrix I purchased through PSI. The girl at **************** with PSI asked why I needed to speak to a supervisor when I asked, pretended to put me on hold then told me her supervisor would not be available.

      Psi contacted me at 6:40 yesterday afternoon after me telling them that Gmetrix solve my issue. No they did not leave a message so that is a lie. The fact that I purchased from psi and the girl on the phone asked me why I needed to speak to a supervisor and I was not able to speak to a supervisor for a week it's pretty telling. It looks like I'm not the only unhappy customer

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I took two separate exams three different times the first time each exam was a 40% the second time each exam was a 52% so I called **************** with no real answers I said you know what I'll go ahead and pay for another test but I guarantee you I'll get right before passing ** you do like oh you almost made it and GuessWhat on the third test I got a 67 would you require to get a 70 to pass *********** I think not

      I took 2 test at PCI. Both times I had same issues. most of my friends had similar problems. Last night I was on phone for more than one hour. The stress I had to solve the technical issues was more than the test. By the time I started the test I couldn't focus on my test. Maybe this is the way to pay twice if you failed.

      I took 2 exams on this site. Both times I was not able to get my scores. Both times I called **************** and both times have been told to wait. The website itself is extremely confusing.
      **************** did absolutely nothing to help. Both times.

      PSI is horrible. I took my North Carolina Real Estate Exam as an online proctored exam. Prior to the exam I was made to scan the whole room and show my phone and place it behind me. I was then made to show the white board that I was allowed to use. I started the exam and then at about question 11 I was kicked out for alleged phone usage when my phone was behind and I never reached backwards. I called psi who originally told me to pay another $56 and take it again. I tried to appeal it and they did an investigation (which was supposed to take 3-5 business days). The results weren't back in time and I had to keep calling them in order to finally get my results. The results were saying that they saw phone usage (I have no clue how!). I then requested the evidence which they said would take another 3-5 business days!

      I am in the process of testing for my Indiana Real Estate License with PSI. My prep- licensing expires today and due to the denial of my online proctor last night I was not able to take my test because they were stating my medical accommodation was not on my profile. I have an email with a medical accommodation approval and despite showing them was still denied.

      I have had to jump through hoops with this company every single time I want to schedule a test because I am a diabetic. I have submitted all the documentation they asked for and each time I want to take a test I must wait for them to reach out to me. to schedule. The average person can go online and schedule it themselves. I have contacted the ADA because this does not seem appropriate to me that someone should have to continue to be treated differently each time they want to schedule a test with this company due to my medical condition.

      My test fees were not reimbursed for yesterday's test and I tried to go online and schedule for today and paid another fee. I was not able to schedule due to it being past midnight and being online with the proctor, and my August 3rd test showing it was still open! I also am positive for COVID-19 currently and only able to take it online due to their policy.

      I have reached out to PSI, they told me there is nothing they can do. This company should not be able to get away with this. Taking my money, not providing me the same opportunity as someone with no medical conditions, and not allowing me to take a test today.

      Scheduled a test for life and health insurance in oregon. Verified 3 times that i could run it off of my computer at home via online proctored exam. When i started my exam it told me I couldn't run a hardware that comes factory installed on my computer. I can't get the hardware off of my computer without a microsoft admin. I couldnt contact the procter so i had to exit my test. Everytime I have tried to get some help through **************** I either get someone i cannot understand or spend +30 minutes on the phone only to get hung up on. So I'm out $55 for the test and $99 for the study material. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a testing center and because if that i have to look for a career elsewhere. If i could give zero stars I would.
