  Tried to go on site for extra income. blocked by site for no reason. Tried support@surveyjunkie and got back youve been blocked again. Called phone # giventells you to leave message with your email for return contact!!seriouslythey already now have my phone number Im sure so I did not leave my email address(you know the one from same me they blocked from the get goSCAMBetter Business Bureau needs to BLOCK this shady scam of a business! And if you wont then please send me reason why they are affirmed by you!

  Scammers. Just take your info and vpn. Lie and terminate your account without notice. Judge and slander your character. It needs to be shut down. Just as bad as scammers that steal from seniors.

  Works until you start making too much money. They then code in intentional malfunctions and planned obsolescence to prevent you from completing surveys and even cashing out. No accountability and the government sits on their hands and gives them awards. What's next, are we going to give businesses an Academy award and a Nobel Prize for up charging customers? It seems like we do that already and then silence dissenters, like me. Greate job BBB. As long as you're getting paid and the *** doesn't do anything about these violations of consumer rights and felonious transgressions into my private life. Oh, pardon me. My abusive language hurts thy feelings.

  I have been a member of Survey Junkie for over a year now, and when I went to cash out the points they call them, they are refusing now to let me for no other reason than they want me to send them a gov't issued picture ID as well as a selfie! In this day and age, I am completely uncomfortable sending this sort of thing to a company I know little about. I don't care how "secure' they claim it is. I cashed out through my ****** account before with no problem with Survey junkie nor ****** whatsoever. Now, even though they still carry the ****** logo on their website, it is the ONLY one that they have "dimmed down' to where you cannot click it on. (Gift cards, bank info, etc is not AS LONG as you send them a gov't picture ID! I think by them utilizing the ****** logo BUT denying access to our ****** account to where we can transfer our money earned from Survey junkie directly into our valid ****** accounts is illegal. I'm going to complain to you the BBB first initially however, if it continues to be unresolved, ignored, or whatever by Survey Junkie, I'm going to take it further by written letter directly to the higher-*** at ******, and tell them the same thing I'm writing to you. This is flat out wrong to me and poor business practices of promising rewards and then they delay and deny. I HAVE tried reaching out to them for resolve, but I have hit nothing but a brick wall, hence, my complaint to you. Thank you

  I did surveys for year and half. Most of time they are satisfactory. But lately, every now and then, they do not give you the points for completing a survey. I've been scammed a few times past week and am not happy. **************** responds, but don't give the points you deserve. I even left a screenshot of points I should have received. Only use if you are desperate for money, $5 or $10.

  Multiple times I will complete a survey only to be told I don't qualify--after I've answered many specific and detailed questions regarding products or services. OR it will say "this survey just filled up" and I am awarded 2-3 points rather than the stated points. What a rip off. Basically, they are getting the needed answers to the questions and then telling me whatever, so they do not have to give the full points.This company gets paid by the companies wanting this information whether they give us points or not. They bait you in by offering high points, and when you've given them enough information, they will tell you--"This survey just filled up" "Based on your answers you don't qualify for this survey." or you just get an error message. Either way you only end up getting 2-3 points per survey.

  Stay the h*** away from these people it's only a matter of time before something negative happens to you. *** *** FTC DO SOMETHING THIS IS WHERE YOUR HACKERS LIVE. THEY SOLD MY INFO I KNOW IT AND I NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH HACKERS THAT HAVE BEEN ALL OVER ME MY EMAIL, ******, VENMO!! ALL LOCKED UP WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET ACTION!!!!

  A friend referred me to Survey Junkie. I enjoyed doing the surveys and referred my husband. I was notified that I my account had been permanently closed due to fraudulent use. We have different email accounts, and I wasnt aware that members of the same family could not each have their own survey junkie account. All points accumulated were lost.

  After several months of completing surveys with no issues, I recently stopped receiving surveys to complete with no explanation given. I contacted **************** and was informed that I had violated their policies regarding I assume being truthful. No explanation was given except informing me that my account was suspended, and if I tried to open it under another name it would be suspended as well.A complete surprise in that I have always been truthful and consistent in my answers regarding where I live, age, gender, etc. I asked via e-mail for an explication and was given the same previous response (basically no answer). Yes, I also was frustrated many times as others that I would take ***** minutes at times on a survey to only be kicked out that "this survey may not apply to you" and receive 3 points, but I had never received any feedback that any answer was fraudulent. I am concerned that this company is using private information to sell to other companies and finding ways to not payout. I am giving 2 stars though in that I had received payouts successfully to use towards gift cards.

  I have taken about 10 surveys over the last couple of weeks. After completing the survey, it always says "something unexpected has happened" so I don't get any points for wasting my time answering their survey And now all of the surveys I take are showing only pro videos for one candidate and negative videos for the other presidential candidate I feel they are trying to influence how I vote Don't waste your time because you won't get any credit for your Time spent. I have reported this to them, but they've done nothing to help
