    I received a gift card from survey junkie and went to use it at *** and found out from the manager it was fraudulent. I just phoned survey junkie and the person was very nasty and told me I never had one (gift card) and then slammed the phone down.

    I have been a VERIFIED member since 2018 and always cashed out via ****** which also verified my ID. I tried to cash out and it said that I need to provide an ID card. I am not taking the risk of having data breached and my ID stolen to submit a verification which was already done. Email support is NOT helpful either whatsoever. I have submitted all the ****** info that shows I AM verified as well as the proof showing it's the EXACT same info on my Survey Junkie account. I am requesting my account to be unlocked and verified so I can cash out over $16 that I have earned in the last few days.

    I have had my account permanently suspended for unauthorized use of Survey Junkies platform. No explanation was given, just that I had somehow committed an unauthorized use of its platform . I seek nothing more than an explanation.

    After being a satisfied user for a few years I now am being asked to supply very personal information for verification purposes. This was done without any previous notification. I would gladly conform to previous methods but not to these unfair standards.

    I have been a member of survey junkie since 2019 and have cashed out mostly with ******* cards every time I earned $5. A few days ago I went to cash out and it's now saying I need to provide front and back of drivers licence and a selfie. I am not comfortable with this. I just want the $5 owed to me (paper check) and they can close my account. If I would have been informed before I did the surveys I would have just stopped doing them and not wasted my time on Survey Junkie when I could be doing surveys on another site and actually getting my money.

    I joined this survey site on April 11, 2025 to earn a few extra dollars. They advertised that you wouldn't be disqualified like other survey sites. It took me over 5 hours to earn $ 5 and when I tried to get my money on April 12, 2025 they told me my time had expired to claim my gift card. Their surveys are 3 or 4 times longer than they tell you they will take. Also I spent over an hour on a survey and the survey just ended without giving me any points. This website is totally corrupt and uses false advertising to lure people to use it. It should be renamed to Survey Junk. I can't believe websites like this are allowed to exist. Doesn't any one care that people can be abused like this?

    I have a Survey Junkie account and have been cashing out from surveys for gift cards without problem. I tried to cash out to ****** and I had another ****** that was an older account and because it asked me for verification for ****** Survey Junkie is accusing me of having numerous Survey Junkie accounts which is false. In addition Survey Junkie won't let me cash out to any gift cards from Surveys I did and they stopped emailing me for a solution.

    Subject: Failure to Honor ********************************* I participated in a ********************** promotional offer in March 6-17, 2025, which required completing specific survey tiers to receive bonus points. The promotion was structured as follows:Tier 1 (500 Points): ?? Complete 3 surveys per day for a total of 8 days between March 6-March 17 ? Tier 2 (200 Points): 10 Surveys Completed between March 6-March 7 ? Tier 3 (300 Points): 20 Surveys Completed between March 6-March 7 I successfully completed two tiers within the given timeframe. However, despite meeting the requirements, I was only credited with 200 points instead of the full 700. Upon contacting Survey Junkie support, I was initially told that the issue stemmed from the promotion being tracked in Eastern Standard Time (EST), which was not clearly communicated beforehand.After multiple follow-ups and long delays in their responses, I was eventually given a "courtesy" 200 points, far less than what I rightfully earned. When I pressed for further clarification and resolution, my case was dismissed with no further action, despite the company acknowledging the unclear communication regarding the time zone tracking.Throughout this process, I have faced:Lack of transparency regarding how promotions are tracked Delayed and dismissive responses from customer support Failure to honor the full promotional rewards despite meeting all requirements I am requesting that Survey Junkie credit me the full 500 missing points that I rightfully earned through their promotion. If they continue to refuse to honor their own terms, I believe other consumers should be made aware of their misleading promotions and inadequate support.

If this company was able to provide courtesy credits from the less than half amount owed to me, they have the ability to credit their customers completely. As it shows, they recognize the miscommunication and failure on their part to commit to what their company stands for.

    I did a survey through Survey Junkie and I was supposed to receive $10 for it. I reached out to Survey Junkie and they told me to contact the company for money. The company informed me that the money was sent to Survey Junkie. Survey Junkie hasn't responded to my emails and they steal money from at least once a week.

    I have been doing survey junkie for years and for some reason last night I was permanently banned. I have made this company quiet a bit of money, I am so mad right now. There is no reason I should be going through this. I at least ant to be able to cash out the 804 I spent all day yesterday making.
