I notice here that I am not the only one not being able to redeem earned rewards. Are they trying to scam? The same identical problem occurred the last timed I attempted to redeem my reward. I have talked with two different people since trying to redeem my reward 5 days ago. Still have not received reward. It shows on my account that I redeem $50.00, but when I attempted to get access to it, the codes sent were all not accepted.I noticed there are a lot of times that I would do the survey up to the end, then get booted off and no reward. It wasn't because I didn't answer right, because more than once it will say click for your reward, then off goes the ********* this on purpose they make it to where you can't get your hard earned reward?

I am now required by Survey Junkie to take a picture of my license as well as take a selfie in order to cash out my measly earnings from them. This reeks of potential identity theft issues from anyone in their office, or if they get hacked. I regrettably unsubscribed to them and forfeited a bit over $59, rather than take that chance. I put in a lot of time for those surveys, but identify theft could be worse. They didn't require this of me in the past. In this age of scammers all over the place, I was forced to throw away that money to avoid bigger issues.

Their IT support is awful. I emailed them 4 times informing them I was unable to install their Surf to earn desktop app. The 1st response was to inform me it would take 72 hours to take affect. Does make sense. When I emailed after 72 hours complaining that it still wasn't activated I was given step by step directions on how to install and activate it. Those directions didn't work. I emailed a 3rd time and received multiple automated responses saying they were looking into it. I finally got a support **** to reply asking me to uninstall it, reinstall it and restart my computer. That didn't work. So I sent a fourth email saying that didn't work. I received an email asking if I followed all the steps. I responded, "Yes". No answers. I then sent a 5th email asking again and received the same email with the steps. I responded with, "that didn't work the 1st time you sent it.". I then received two more automated messages, 12 hours apart, saying they are working on it. Two weeks and no progress. All contact is done through email. Phone calls, chats, etc. doesn't happen.

I didn't have problems until I tried to send a copy of my driver's license and a selfie to verify who I am. I was sent a link I couldn't load for some reason, so I emailed a current selfie of myself and the front of my driver's license to customer service. I was told to resend the selfie and driver's license again because it was missing the back of my license. So, after finally loading the link this time, I sent another selfie I thought might look more like my driver's license because I am at least 20 or more years older than my picture. I never re-take my picture because I renew my license by mail. It didn't occur to me it would be an issue. Two different selfies but they're both me. I was permanently suspended for doing unauthorized activities. I don't feel I did anything wrong to justify permanent suspension.

I tried this years ago and didn't get anywhere... I tried it again today and I've taken close to 10 surveys in about 1 hour and it doesn't let me get through any of the surveys. It has me do between 5-10 questions and then tells me that the survey has filled up. The most points I have gotten was setting up my profile. I'm pretty disappointed and if I could do 0 stars I would.

Suspended my long-standing account for no reason siting breaking terms and doing unauthorised activities, which I haven't, and without providing any proof even when asked. This has happened to others as well with no recourse just tough luck. Have money owing but unable to cashout remaining amount. Do not recommend joining and to go with other reputable survey companies.

Complete trash. Their customer service is awful and not helpful. I spent hours doing surveys, just to have then say my account was being banned for "fraudulent activity" which they could not tell me what happened. I've been asking for details and it's taken forever for them to respond with the same details of "fraudulent activity" and saying it was a break of terms of service but still have not been able to specify what has happened to lead to this decision. This site is already a scam for the rewards and how they treat you. Stay away.

I have been a member of Survey Junkie for a few years. As of the last few months I have been actively doing surveys and have accumulated a lot of points. I tried to cash out my points only to receive an error message After several attempts. I then reached out to customer service and I got a response from someone. Her name was ***** she told me that because I accumulated than 5500 points I couldn't redeem them on my own and they had to do it. This is something that was never mentioned to me at all. No where on their website do they say anything about this. Had I known I would have redeemed sooner. I've also seen several other people complaining about not being able to redeem their points as well. So back to the email she asked that I reply to her email with my PayPal email address and I did. I got no response after that and it has been a few days. I even tried sending another email and still no response. I want to get the points that I earned as promised. It seems like they are giving me the run around.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They have a periodic promotion where if you do 3-20 point surveys for 5 out of 7 days you earn 500 bonus points. Every day, without fail, I could knock 2 out right away then spend rest of day trying to get 3rd. Kept getting total bs answers as to why I kept getting disqualified, even often accusing me of lying, which I want. Bogus and misleading app. Avoid like the plague.
